Just like Redbet and Bertil, mamamia casino takes like 10 hours to process a withdrawl even though it says 0-1 hour here. This takes away at least two stars for me.
They have (more or less) daily campaigns, pay out on-time and offer a fair variety of slots (NetEnt, some Microgaming, Thunderkick, NYX and more) in addition to, of course, bingo. Their customer support is also fast to respond whenever you need them, no problems there.
Their bonus system is straight-up broken, and they actively REFUSE to fix it (why would they, it's making them money after all).
Let's say you get 10 freespins on a slot and win 100 SEK, that'll be 3500 SEK to wager. You wager through 500 SEK before busting. You get 10 more freespins the next day, and win 10 SEK this time. Here's where the problem happens - the wagering requirement for this new amount is combined with the wagering of your previous bonus, even if your account balance is at 0. That would mean that in this case, you would have to wager 3350 SEK for winning 10 SEK, which is horribly incorrect.
What you're then forced to do is to contact customer support and ask them to correct your wagering, which they will do fairly promptly. They have NO warnings about this glitch on their site, you are given NO information about it anywhere, and every single time I have asked them when they will fix it (it is an EXTREMELY simple fix), they have NEVER given me an estimate for it, or even any indicaction that they're working on it.
Because the site's main demographic is older people, chances are that these players are not aware of this glitch. They are quite literally stealing money. It's horrible. I don't know if anyone from the site can read this, but if you want a higher rating from me, own up to your mistakes and fix this glitch ASAP. It's unacceptable.
