Was able to withdraw my Money, although because of some minor problems it took around 1.5 Weeks (wire transfer).

Can still recommend the Casino, just make sure u read and understand their T&Cs on their Bonus money.

Layout seems a bit old but its still okay.

Withdrawal Process was kinda slow, documents need to be sent via email, would be better if customers can upload it somewhere on the site like most other Casinos do it. My first Email got lost and somehow I wasn't able to receive Emails from the Customer Service. But after a constructive Discussion with the Live Chat we changed my email to another hoster and I was finally able to receive Messages and the withdrawal Process went through from that point on.

That I managed to wager. Other than that nothing is good about this site.

Had so many issues with this site.

First went on the sight and they had all my favorite games netent games so I decided to deposit, then they took all them games off as you can't play with them if you have bonus money.

Second I managed to wager and withdrawal £100 then later getting a message saying I have to wager £750 more so they put it back in,

Third I wagered it triple checked it with online chat they said wagering is met. So I withdrew £300 witch I was so happy about, then get a phone call saying I'm not getting no money because I played some scratch cards. They was never going to give me anything. Just wasted my time.

I hate this site and advise everyone who wants to play on it to read the terms and conditions because they are hoping you slip up.

Madam Chance casino is casino I knew for a while, but reading all the bad news and coming from Game Tech Group N. V. Casinos and we all know what games they used to use didn't made any positive impression for me at the time being.
