I didn't get to experience anything else than a cold shower right after registering... Well, once the chat was open, they replied quickly. Laiha lohtu, as we say in Finland!
I registered an account, made my first deposit using a welcome bonus code, didn't get the promised bonus, contacted the customer service chat, it was closed, left a message, never got a response, contacted them again the next day, only to hear that the management has banned me from all bonuses. Before the ban I hadn't played even one spin at their site, so quite interesting! I was welcome to play without any bonuses or withdraw my deposit back right away (but of course withdrawals are not free at this casino!).
This has happened to me four times in the past years at different casinos, and the story is always exactly the same. I open up an account, and already I am "black-listed" by the management, no reason or explanation was provided. And ALWAYS at these casinos, the withdrawals cost money, so no matter what I do, I end up spending both time and money at a casino that obviously I am not welcome to.
Quite a business model, I'd say!
