Contacted support and had the option of removing this bonus as I have not started playing agent advised.

However decided to keep bonus, after agent explained what it meant and advised I can only withdraw 6 times my amount if I won.

Well at least you guys are pretty honest, as the agent informed me from the get go what I need to submit and time frames.

So I've joined Lucky247 casino and I won. What luck, than to be told that I need to provide documents as I'm from the UK which of cause takes time to be verified. So my withdrawal remains pending in this times frame which is ridiculous.
I than contacted the Live support and spoke to someone, that explained the process to me. Advised of the correct format to avoid delay. To my surprise the customer service was quite good and explained exactly why I need to do this and that it gets done once off.

I than sent in my documents with the help of this agent, which I cannot remember her name. And my documents were approved and funds were processed and received within 5 business days.

At first I would have not recommended Lucky247 casino, but when it was explained I understood exactly why.

I have never been so disappointed in an online Casino. I won just over £500 and at first they tried everyday possible to find a way not to pay out. I contacted IBAS & GAMBLING Commission to report them and then on the 23rd March 2017 I received this email:

Your withdrawal has been fully processed! Please allow 2-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your account and note it depends on your processing bank as to how long before they make the funds accessible.

I received that on the 23rd and its now the 30th March! I suspect the email was a lie so it looks like I'm taking LUCKY247 to an IBAS Tribunal to retrieve my winnings and compensation.

They don't have anything special compared to other casinos.

Avoid this casino with their extremely restrictive T&Cs. So many better options around.

I signed up via one of their welcome offers, deposited €100 and after meeting an insane 50x wagering requirement was lucky to have won €1600. Tried to withdraw and they only paid out €600 and confiscated the rest. They cited some point of their T&Cs which was deliberately omitted in the T&Cs on the landing page which I signed up through.

Additionally, after registering, they will spam you with text messages which have a non functional unsubscribe link.

These guys will try to cheat you and fool you at every step. Avoid.

Everything is good, I love this casino. Never have problems with payment, even with 4600 euro.

They have a good selection of games, and that is it, nothing else.

They do not want to pay and use every single excuse to not pay you. Guys you need to read all the complaints and also reviews page to know that this casino is a NO GO. My advice don't play here, there is no point, just read the complaints and the reviews.

Good selection of games but this is a scam casino - you don't get your winnings. Worst experience of a casino withdrawal policy ever. There's no obvious opt out for bonus do you may as well burn your money, good luck get any winnings out.

They blocked my withdrawal and removed any withdrawal option, ignored my emails and tricked me into a wager constraint. They've done this to other players.

I was delighted by my three wins in a matter of months $200 then $300 then $140 today the payout time isn't bad I waited no more than four days its a great casino, the best.
