First of all, the customer service! Even thought some mails took a while ( 4-5 hours) to get reply, it was pro and polite.
Games are what you can expect.
Had some issues with cashout. But, let me state it got solved. You appearently need, at least if your norwegian, a norwegian bank account.

I’ve been a user at LuckyOnes Casino since October 2024. After winning $70,131 CAD on slots, I continued playing and lost it all on live Blackjack — but not through bad luck. Through clear manipulation.
During my Blackjack sessions (Quartz Blackjack by Pragmatic Play), I witnessed highly suspicious behavior:
The dealer checked the hole card every single hand, even when showing a 2, 3, or 4 — which violates standard Blackjack rules.
In some hands, the dealer even checked the hole card twice, for no valid reason.
Worse, the dealer called my card value before flipping it, suggesting foreknowledge of what I had.
The hole card was placed in front of the shoe, creating a clear opportunity for manipulation or visibility.
I recorded video evidence of this behavior and sent it to the casino. Their response? Evade, delay, and send me a .zip file instead of a clear gameplay log. When I demanded proper answers, they kept pretending they needed the name of the game and timeframe — despite having full access to my account data.
Their tactics are not just unprofessional — they feel outright fraudulent.

If LuckyOnes thinks they can take advantage of players by manipulating live dealer games, they’ve chosen the wrong person to do it to. I have video proof, communication logs, and I won’t stop until this is investigated by the authorities and the broader gambling community knows about it.
Avoid this casino at all costs. Especially if you plan to play Blackjack — the game is not fair, not transparent, and certainly not trustworthy.
