Intentional delay of withdrawal process
I’ve been a long time player of Just Casino who recommended their sister site Lucky Ones. I started playing about two years ago & have been a faithful user of the platform without any issues. All withdrawals are processed within 48 hours unless it’s a weekend, then deposit arrives Monday. Thursday night I requested a withdrawal for $3500 Can and would expect it Monday. Friday an email stated verification of a new card I previously used the week before was needed. No problem, I reached out to support and uploaded pics through my account and had an agent confirm nothing else was needed (screenshot attached) so I assumed Monday I would receive my withdrawal. That was not the case. Here it is almost Wednesday and I’ve contacted chat four times to be given the same generic reply over and over (screenshots attached) I’ve been verified and stay ahead of the process with every platform I use as I don’t want to encounter issues such as this during withdrawal. Yet here I am and have no idea when to expect this or even why they would hole back this long. Never have they done this and to wait this long is extremely out of the ordinary regarding transactions in my account.
