Overall, the casino is basic, and we found there are some features lacking that we’d like to see improved in the future. However, navigation-wise, there were no issues and every page we tested loaded with no issues.
General Information About Luck Casino
Luck Casino is an online casino home to more than 1800 casino games. You can register directly from any device for instant access to your favourite games. If you prefer mobile casino sites, you can visit from your mobile browser or download the app, available on the App Store or Google Play.
The casino supports two languages, which can be selected at any time. Below is our expert casino review so you can get the truth before you play.
Payment Information and Options at Luck Casino
The casino supports a variety of payment methods with a low minimum deposit of £4. The minimum withdrawal amount is £5, and there are no fees. The casino aims to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, in some cases, on the same day.
For more payment information, register an account and visit the cashier. If you’re accepting the welcome bonuses, be sure to check any additional payment terms.
Customer Support at Luck Casino
If you need help and support, there is a fantastic help section that has covered many of the casino's most-asked questions and topics.
If you can find the answer to your questions in the help centre, you can submit a request. You can fill in the online contact form, and the casino aims to get back to you as soon as possible.
You can also launch the live chat feature, located on the right-hand side of the screen in the bottom of the page. Initially, you will be met with a chatbot, but you can ask to speak to a customer service agent, and you will be transferred to one when they are available.
Games at Luck Casino
The casino is home to a portfolio of games, including the latest casino slots, table games and live casino games. From the games lobby, they are all sorted into their game types, and they are provided by numerous software providers. Unfortunately, there is no option to list the gaming providers.
You can check out the casino's most popular games and recommended titles. If you are logged into your account, you can save your favourite games for future gaming sessions. If you’re a casino pro, you can search any game using the search engine.
In the live casino, there are more games hosted by popular providers, including Pragmatic Play Live. There are versions of Live Baccarat, Live Blackjack and more.
Luck Casino's Commitment to Responsible Gambling
The casino supports responsible gambling and safer gambling. You can set limits on your account by referring to the Safer Gambling tools section. If you feel like you need to take a break, you can request a timeout of up to 42 days.
If you need to take a longer break, you can self-exclude for a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years.
The casino has a detailed Safer Gambling section, which can be located at the foot of the casino for help and support.
Final Verdict on Luck Casino
You can sign up at Luck Casino and claim a welcome package worth up to £100 + 225 free spins. You can use your funds to play hundreds of online slots, including the popular Book of Dead Slots. Other game variations include tables and live casino games.
Unfortunately, the casino offers a small number of payment methods, which is a pity, given that the platform is otherwise decent in nearly every aspect. Luck Casino is fully licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the National Gambling Office in Romania, so if you hail from any of these two countries, be sure to try it.

Very good casino, friendly players, a great range of games, free spins every week for depositors, withdrawals from a few to several hours.
Several weeks occurs in this casino issue of depositing by Skrill, the deposit made no money in your account, you need to write TO SUPPORT to be manually turned up, sometimes it takes a few hours.

Lot's of games, nice games, very good chance of winning (fair playing), online playing works very good, very fast payouts, this is one of the best casino's ever!
I cannot say that of many online casino's but believe me.....this is one of the best casinos.
I'm so satisfied and happy that they are not cheating on me like most of the online casinos!
Keep up the good work.....
The only thing that could be better is the online chat support. Very often offline but if I sent an email I always get feedback and very fast too!

Site works alright, great selection of Playtech slots. Swedish customer support is excellent and friendly, English one not so much. And, most importantly, they do pay.
I've been playing at Luck since they first launched, I was part of their beta testing program. At the time they were perhaps the most promising Playtech casino I had ever seen - excellent wagering requirements on bonuses (15xD+B), plenty of campaigns, and a very promising future overall. This all changed quickly.
It started with the change to the wagering requirements on bonuses, in conjunction with the introduction of their VIP program. "Regular" customers now had wagering requirements of 30xD+B, twice what it used to be. While that's certainly acceptable compared to most other casinos (most of which have similar WR), it's certainly a disappointment compared to what it used to be. In order to get the old wagering requirements back, you'd have to play your way to the highest rank on their VIP ladder. And lord knows how much you'd have to play to get there, they don't even specify any amounts on their VIP FAQ page.
Looking at the offers here on AskGamblers, it seems that the WR on the welcome bonus is even worse nowadays, 40xD+B. I sincerely hope that's a typo.
Then the awful, AWFUL promotions began. Every time I open a mail from Luck I think they're playing a prank on me. For example, I was recently offered a 5% bonus upon deposit. This bonus, of course, ties in to your balance. So if you were to deposit €20 for instance, you would receive a €1 bonus, bringing your balance to a grand total of €21. And the wagering requirement on that? Oh, just €610. No biggie.
They used to have daily campaigns that were very enticing, but I have no idea where those went.
I used to deposit here every single week back when they had their 100% Wednesday reload bonus (which they have since removed). Sometimes I'd deposit several times a week, just because I wanted to support what Luck was doing, offering fair and competitive bonuses for regulars (not just highrollers). It's very sad to see what they've become. I would love to play here again, but there's just no reason to when there's other Playtech-based casinos that are far more generous.
Luck.com has a wide selection of popular slots games from established providers and continually adds new games to it extensive library.
I actually prefer its simple design, without too many unnecessary animations, etc, cluttering up the screen. Games are easy to find.
Game transaction history allows you to filter by Game name, Status (win/loss/pending) as well as by time period, making it very easy to review your playing history and find individual game rounds. This is a welcome capability that is offered by very few casinos.
Promotional offerings are poor; there is a daily free-to-play promotion available only on the casino's phone/tablet app; this free daily "Giftbox" game works no more than 50% of the time and when it does, rarely gives more than 3 free spins valued at 10p. Even then, any winnings have a playthrough of 30x, making the entire exercise barely worthwhile. Any complaints that users might raise regarding promotions that do not work are not taken seriously by the support team and a working solution is therefore rarely achieved.
Support hours do not run 24/7, as the AskGamblers review suggests' these are now limited from 6am to 10pm (this is the case in the UK, at least).
Withdrawals are not processed at the weekends or on calendar holidays. The casino claims that reviews of withdrawals can take "up to 2 days", but practically this has proven not to be the case, as queries regarding delayed withdrawals are always met with the excuse/claim that due to an excessive volume of requests that processing is taking longer than usual. This means that a withdrawal requested on a Saturday morning may still not be with you by Wednesday afternoon (as has been the case with me recently), even when there are no outstanding verification issues with your account.
In common with many casinos, including all those within the Viral network, Luck.com proactively performs additional verification checks only following a request to withdraw funds; this can result in the casino raising documentation issues and withholding withdrawal requests until these are addressed by the user, even though the same documentation issues should have been apparent and could have been raised to the user weeks or months earlier.
