No answers, no payment

the casino www.luck.com dosent answer my mails or live chat or phone it had been a week sense I made a whit drawl after winning 42.000 sek. the chat support is closed about a week. and I have sent them several of mails wondering about my whit drawl first they answerd and asked about my documents and a sent them same day then I waited Thursday-firday no answer.after the weekend I tried to contact them again but no answer.i tried to call but their phone support to Sweden is closed so I called Malta and also no answer. I am still waiting and I don't know why they don't answer or if it is just a fake casino site.
