I was connected to a chat agent right away and I was told that I could get the bonus, however support told that the bonus is added the next day after deposit is lost, wager is 10x and maximum cashout is 20x bonus.

Overall I think Kudos is a decent Real Time Gaming and I’m still considering making a deposit. It is a good thing to know that if you lose deposit you can get a good bonus the next day and the wager is very friendly, so it's basically a free chip after a bad run, I do appreciate that. They have good selection of games and friendly support so I think I will deposit soon.
