I played on the kings chance download casino for about 3 years now. This is the first time they habe ignored my live chat with them with regard to my withdrawal. Up to now I received 2 payments of R10 000 zar where my withdrawal is R30 000. I do not get any response from their live chat when I enquire about the rest pf my pay out. Kings Chance Casino - Using Stalling Tactics to Delay Payment

I have requested a withdrawal three times now and it has been redeposited into my account without any kind of explanation, no email from accounting, no communication whatsoever. I would just like them to pay me. Every time I go to live chat they always have a different reason as to why it was redeposited. Today they said if I re-request the withdraw it should go through. That is what they said all along, though. I just want my money. Please help me.

Kings Chance Casino - Account locked/refusal to refund

I opened a new account at Kings Chance after being sent a bonus offer. I made my deposit and won and when I tried to collect my winnings, I was locked out of my account. When I contacted the casino, I was told that the account was being investigated. After over a month of being locked out with no resolution, I demanded my initial deposit returned. The casino agreed and was to issue the deposit refund over 2 weeks ago, yet I still have not received my refund. To date, I have yet to receive any resolution on the lock out of my account or refund of my initial deposit.

Kings Chance yet another new casino which is added to AskGamblers site recently I guess. I think they are pretty new casino maybe established this year with Curacao license, which I do not trust that much and when involved with Rival software I think playing with caution it’s not a bad idea. Well maybe they are decent casino and if so they surely are one of the unique ones, because we all know about Rival casinos reputation online, very delayed payout and non payouts.

When I saw this casino for the very first time I got impression of a newly Netent casino, don’t know why but it look as that to me, but when I took a closer sight I realized it’s a Rival casino. I have never been fan of their casinos neither their games, although maybe I didn't pay that attention to their slots, but from all I played so far, they seem similar as Top Game slots, all games with low variance payout.

They are running some promo of 20 euros free chip to try their games, I guess another freebie called free chip, where there is no cashing out from it. So here are their confusing Terms. From a free chip minimum cash out its 100$ which is too much as a minimum mentioned and maximum cash out from a free chip is 200$ but for players who had less than 10 deposits made, what a unique offer, so by this the bonus is not cash able.

The wagering of the free chip you can’t find any info for it, so my conclusion it’s not a free chip I guess is another free fun play chip. I didn’t even bother to ask their support about the free bonus, because it wasn't even mentioned in their Terms of casino. I don't think I will even open my account here, thinking it’s not even worth of try.
