Plenty of games and software is fair, nice feature and good bonuses.

Always technical error. It is hard to communicate specially on withdrawal. I was withdraw Oct 8th and it's already 6 days after my withdrawal I didn't heard anything from them and I was in empty situation didn't know what's happening.

I believe I deposited $20 to Kings Chance for the very first time & wagered over $14000. I then won played won again & twice withdrew 2 x $2500 amounts & I asked when they would be approved how long ect .
I had then asked a few days later had they been processed they said yes - on transaction online stated managers approval then told 3/5 days. I waited a few lire days and 6/10 last night asked again the same question about when withdrawal should go through.
To which the screen shot will provide evidence in regards to them refusing to pay the $5000 won due to there own financial processing department making an error. They are saying the $20 deposit there processing team didn’t take our of my account, so there for no winnings.
I am dumbfounded and feel no responsibility to there error given I win after watering 14/15 thousand AUD dollars. Please help. I deserve to be paid the money I won that’s very unfair & wrong.

Easy to use, wide selection of game providers & great games, regular tournaments, lots of freebies and have successfully withdrawn 3 times all over $1000, friendly chat support 24 h as well.

I found that withdrawal process from start to finish (bank transfer) can take up to 2 weeks.

They took deposit I won money but not possible to withdraw anything!!!! They even didnt process my validation documents! I wrote to support team 3 times during last 2 weeks and zero respond!!!!! All they do its sending you marketing emails with fake new bonuses but zero communication, no respond for anything, nothing fine and you cant withdraw money. Scam. Horrible.

I find that a lot of false marketing/advertisement is done by Kings Chance casino, and the other casinos which forms part of the platform. One gets emailed about a Free Chip which is "waiting for you" when you login, but once you login, there is nothing, and customer support tells one that One must first deposit, or if you want to play for free you must go to "Fun Mode". Complaints are referred to Customer support on email, and the same team of people who cannot assist on the Live chat, actually then gives the same nonsense excuses as on the Live chat, in other words, I found NO REAL support. It appears to be a smoke screen.

Pay-outs are also not done. I made winnings on a NO-deposit bonus, were then forced to make a deposit to with draw the winnings, which were also limited to an amount. Two times now the withdrawal request, after pending for 3 days, are reversed onto the account, with one or other smoky excuse. First they said they do not do wire transfer, although the option is on the site, and the second time they said I did not list the account number for Ecocard pay-out, which is a lie too, as I could not have listed the withdrawal request, if I did not enter the Ecocard number.

Once I complained about this, and proven that I did provide the Ecocard number, then the goal posts got moved again, and I was told that I did not complete the wagering amount. How obviously ridiculous, as the system would not have allowed a withdrawal request in the first place, if wagering was not achieved, and the Support agent would not have forced me to make a deposit to get the winnings, and would NOT have voided the winnings above the max cash out amount, if wagering had not been achieved and ready to pay-out.A ll complaints to Support, have gone without any explanation as to why the goal posts keep being moved. It is like speaking to robots.

They do not take the above arguments into consideration, and keep repeating like a robot, that wagering has not been completed. I guess this is why these casinos do not state anywhere in writing when you sign on for a bonus, what the wagering amount is. A support agent has to tell you, and you have to keep inquiring as to how far you have reached the wagering amount - it is so the casino/support staff can change the goal posts when it suits them. Be very careful to support this Casino.

I like Kings Chance Casino for many reasons, such as accessibility, choice of games (slots in particular), player support and promotions, just to name a few.

Please, more game providers... It would be great to have even more slots games to choose from.

Kings Chance is a casino I stumbled upon very recently. On some page I saw they offer 20€ no deposit bonus and I wanted to take it. They have Rival software as their gaming provider and even though it is not my very favorite, I like some of their games.

I saw that this bonus is credited upon registration and no special code or affiliate wasn't needed. I downloaded their software and when I tried to register, the system lagged and didn't respond. When it finally worked, I signed up and received a welcome mail to my email as well. On AskGamblers I saw that players from my country weren't eligible for their deposit bonuses, but when I went to cashier, it was empty. I was surprised to not see the no deposit bonus as Rival casinos in most occasions are generous with no deposit offers.

Since they have live chat on the right side of page, I didn't hesitate and contacted them. Few seconds later a support agent joined conversation, I asked about the bonus and at the same time checked my mail. I did it quickly, but the support had already wrote me an attention message in capslock, support seemed irritated. To my question about freebie, I was told : "I'm sorry but we do not accept players from Latvia here". Right after writing this, support left chat without any last words. I wrote a question about why I was able to register then, support joined chat and left it without saying anything.

I do understand that technical errors like this happen, but the most frustrating thing was the attitude from customer service. I already have bad previous experience with support from Rival casinos ad this was very disappointing. Many Rival casinos have bad reputation and I think they should work hard on their flaws but instead support is rude and irritated. Also, the fact that I was able to register there and receive welcome mail, using my real location, and not being able to play there, makes me question their trustworthy. And an unresolved complaint doesn't make it better. I wouldn't advise to play there.
