No payment from Joya Casino

Joya Casino seems to be a scam.

I won some money and requested a withdrawal.

I did not get any email from them, and there is no way to check the status of the withdrawal on the site.

I did receive a notice on the site about updating my KYC documents. I try to load them to the website, and it fails to load. I tried emailing them and got no response. I have sent two emails.

Also, the live chat on their site doesn't appear to be working either... worst experience I have ever had.

Bonus round funds disappeared

I was playing Floating Dragons Megaways on the 23rd of April and received a bonus round. I won $6297.60 and took screenshots as I'm in the habit of doing when I win a large amount. This time, however, the winning amount didn't move into my account balance, and that's a first to ever happen in many years of online gambling. The money simply disappeared.

After waiting two weeks for resolution while being told repeatedly that it's in the hands of the game provider, I finally received an email this morning stating "We acknowledge receipt of your complaint regarding the display of winnings during gameplay on Joya.Casino. As per our Terms and Conditions (T&C) outlined in section 18.3.6 "If any of the casino games, that are hosted on Joya.Casino, don't show winnings, losses and/or bets on live feed within 3 seconds as the change occurs, Joya.Casino is not in obligation to pay winnings to users with the mentioned issues."

I of course question how this can be correct, fair, or even legal. I also question if the casino in fact even contacted the game provider due to the week long debacle I endured to be paid my previous withdrawal. I started the withdrawal process on the 19th of April and only finally received my funds 10 days later after providing them proof in the form of an email from the payment provider no withdrawal had ever been received. They finally sent the money via a different method a couple of days later.

I've had bonuses freeze and then correct themselves upon a reboot, and I've had to wait a couple of days for a payment provider to check game play for the purpose of a withdrawal after winning a large amount. I've never encountered having a big exciting win only to have the money actually never make it to my balance and a casino say "oh well" two weeks later, and just not receive the money.

This can't be right. Please help.

The casino keep stalling the payout

I made a withdrawal of 0.016btc on Friday which I received. Later that day I made another withdrawal of 0.0155btc and received a notification saying that only max 1000eur can be withdrawn per day. So I waited for my withdrawal to be processed on Saturday. However this did not happen neither on Saturday nor on Sunday. So I contacted the casino on Monday and I was told it is still being processed. Later that day I contacted them again and was told that it is being checked. As I did not receive it on Monday I contacted them on Tuesday as it was already more than 96hours since the withdrawal was requested. I was again told that it is being processed and I would receive it soon but I see nothing has changed. It clearly looks like they are stalling. Their terms say you can withdraw 1000eur per day and 6000eur per week, but it is not possible to do as they stop paying after the first withdrawal.
I hope you can help me out here.

Doesn't pay and no contact

Had a big win at Joya Casino. Its easy to loose but when you sometimes is lucky the difficulty starts.

I won 7000 euro im trying to withdraw.

It started good. 24/04/03 I got an email that they had sent 1000 of the 7000, and that money iIalso got. They say the daily limit is 1000. So ok fine, then I get one withdrawal every day then I thought, because I made three withdrawals of 1000 at once, and i was planning to continue the withdrawal requests to keep up with the daily maximum. Now two withdrawals of 1000 is pending and i have 4000 more to request.

But now everything has stopped!

Every day I go to chat and ask why they don't send me funds anymore? Then they just say they will contact the relevant department and they will contact me. But they don't! I also write them emails, but totally silence.

Its obvious they avoid my issue.

You get quite nervous when its big money. You loose a lot and when you win its like this. So terrible.

Joya casino is one of my favorites for a few reasons. They have a huge selection of games, which is important. But mostly I love the fact that they offer premium customer support. No matter what your issue is,they truly strive to make things right and provide you with a positive experience. That means more than Anything to me.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about this casino, honestly. They are great. Their bonuses are good too. I guess if I had to pick something....it would be the minimum withdrawal is not as low as some other casinos. But still it's not a big deal.

10,000 games is a surprise, but Joya has it! Many of them are also from my favorite suppliers and I find that impressive! Having a weekly cashback bonus is also great as I like to play with big bets. Overall, I enjoy spending time with Joya.

I like to filter slot games by type (Bonus Buy, 3-Reels, 5-Reels, Cluster...). They don't have that option. Weekly Cashback has a wagering requirement (20x).

So far, the casino meets my expectations, a nice clear website does not have to look for anything. Very good promotions and hassle-free withdrawal methods.

Inability to withdraw the token. There should be special bets with games that can be played with when you have an active bonus. I didn't notice any more problems and any any shortcomings.

Reactive online chat support 24/7 and new casino that is constantly updating towards a better version of itself. Good mobile interface when playing on a smartphone.

Contradictory and unclear terms and conditions, will delete all your balance if 1 mistake is made and there's no safeguards when playing with active bonus. Also when playing with bonus you can play like 5% of the slots so it's easy to pick a forbidden slot and instantly lose deposit+bonus
