As with most of Direct NV casinos, they have a great selection of games and plenty of payment/withdrawal options. I have a gambling problem, so pretty much any site with games that I like is good enough for me to gamble on.
I've encountered this with a few of Direct NV sites, and I've had enough. They are happy to tell you that Responsible Gaming is important and they have QUICK tools to access, except these are nowhere to be seen and you have to contact customer support to actually get the link to use them. I consider this manipulative and contrary to the point of EASY and QUICK access. On top of that, there didn't happen to be anyone available on chat so I had to send a request via email. When and if I receive the tools, I will be using them to permanently exclude myself. I have screenshots if required to have this review accepted.

Personally, I do like casinos within this group and I've already signed up at a number of them. Joo Casino wasn't the latest, but it was held back for a few months because I had no good reason to make my first deposit at the casino, but certainly not now! Why? Hmmm, I would be repeating myself over and over again, so some readers may get kinda bored with it, so I'll just skip it! Hahaha.
My first comment goes to my liking on the website. It loads well with my slow 2G connection, navigating within the webpages were quite smooth but time consuming at times, but not everything was good though. SoftSwiss games simply could not and would not start up or load up using 2G connection! SoftSwiss platform isn't slow-internet-connection friendly, so I hope SoftSwiss people would look into this and improve on it. It even affects loading up of Microgaming games, which would otherwise load up much quicker on its own Quickfire platform!
