The Jackpot Aggregator is SOFTSWISS' newest unique iGaming tool, and the business has shared the initial client feedback.
After taking part in jackpot promotions, up to 50% of players increase their average bet amount, while over 70% of casino players boost their daily wagering.
Business Growth
The Jackpot Aggregator, an iGaming business solution for player acquisition, engagement, and retention, was introduced in October 2021.
The SOFTSWISS team has data from its first client, the N1 Partners Group, which has benefited from both local and worldwide jackpot campaigns, to analyse the impact of jackpot campaigns on key casino KPIs.
To demonstrate the effect of the solution on business growth, statistics from three projects of the casino group, namely N1 Bet, Fight Club, and Joo Casino, operating inside the Curacao jurisdiction, were provided from late November 2021 to March 2022.
Jackpot Promotions: User Reaction
The results show that the number of players who participate in jackpot campaigns has been steadily increasing throughout the studied period. As per the results, the users who placed at least one jackpot wager comprised half of the audience, while the other half were entirely new users.
According to the survey, 47.5% of players only participate in jackpot games. The percentage of players who frequently wager on jackpot games is higher than those who do not wager on jackpot games: 82.3% vs 17.7%, respectively.
A Sharper Focus on Different Player Groups
Finding efficient techniques to recruit and keep gamers is an ongoing challenge for any operator. According to the data, the Jackpot Aggregator is a global solution that promotes increased audience loyalty from both new and existing customers.
The Jackpot Aggregator is a global solution that promotes increased audience loyalty from both new and existing customers.
As noted by Aliaksei Douhin, Product Manager at SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator, the introduction of the jackpot campaign helps to focus on a specific type of players, allowing endless options to affect the user activity and produce significant results.
Results of the Campaign: Bet Sum Growth
One of the crucial measures examined by the SOFTSWISS team to better understand the solution's impact on user engagement is the variation in each player's performance before and after taking part in the jackpot campaigns.
The following figures are the most impressive, all summed up after participating in the jackpot campaign:
- Approximately 50% of players increased their average wager amount.
- Nearly 50% of those users show an increase in the average wager amount of 75%.
- Up to 70% of gamers increased their daily wagering, often several times.
The average daily number of bets, another measure of player activity, increased as soon as sponsors launched their first jackpot campaign.
Douhin added, The combination of the Jackpot Aggregator team's skills and the operator's experience is a significant item for building distinctive campaigns that help to control important brand indicators and, consequently, affect growth.
The first global jackpot spanning MGA licenced brands was just launched by the SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator, solidifying its position in the market. The team is also working to increase the number of partners.
The virtual jackpot system will eventually include game aggregators, casino platforms, game providers, and respectable casino operators.
