Jellybean casino is a casino I had heard of before but recently I received a few promotional emails that claimed I could get a 200% welcome bonus for my first deposit. I didn't see any promotions like this on their website which made me slightly doubtful, especially after taking a look at their reviews here on Askgamblers. However, I came across a no deposit sign up code so I decided to give them a try with the free bonus first and take it from there.
I noticed that they had Microgaming games as well as Betsoft and some others so I thought, why not sign up? I registered using a bonus code that would grant me with 30 free spins on Betsoft games. I'm not a fan of Betsoft but free is free. After registration and email verification I logged in but no bonus was in my account. I chatted with their live support, gave them the code and they added the free spins manually. One thing I have to say is that I'm not a fan of their navigation, the cashier doesn't really show bonuses or wagering requirements and I dislike that.
The support was quite nice and told me that I could play 30 free spins on a specific list of games, from which I chose Blood Eternal. Have played it before a few times and quite like it so that's what I went with. Somehow I managed to trigger free spins bonus and retrigger it so after my 30 free spins were done, my balance was at 77eur, which was something I hadn't expected. Again, I didn't like the cashier as I had no clue about the wagering requirements and maximum cashout, so I had another conversation with support. I was told I had over 3.4k wagering to do and maximum cashout would be 50eur plus 20eur deposit had to be made, so 70 in total. However, the bad part was that only Betsoft games could be played with this bonus.
To summarize it, I played Fruit Zen slot with 0.60cent bets per spin for about an hour and then I ran out of balance. All in all, I think they have a good customer support, but besides that, I think the game selection isn't great, even the Betsoft game collection was rather small. I'm not planning to make a deposit as I dislike the navigation, the cashier and game collection.

JBC only care about profit and care ZERO for their players. After I'd won a BIG sum (>€100k) I realized I couldn't stop playing and asked for a time-out (only website where you have to ask for it on Live Chat). They said they couldn't temporarily block my account and pointed me towards a 'VIP-manager' named Chris. He wasn't available that day, nor the following or the day after that. I've returned to live chat at times where he would be available, e-mailed support with the request, never got anything back and they kept refusing to block my account on Live Chat for at least a week. After that I had lost 2/3 and I decided I wouldn't leave Live Chat without my account being blocked - they then turned extremely rude, but finally did manage to block my account. So they could do it after all.
After requesting a withdrawal they returned a single deposit and voided the rest of my remaining winnings. Apparently they enforce a clause in their T&C to take your winnings if you win big - some bonus T&C clause says you can't bet more than 30% of your original deposit in a single bet. Bonus taken or not. Basically this means that if you deposit €50, win €1,000 with a €1 slot and decide to play bigger, say €25, they will take all your winnings and you go home with nothing.
You can't win here so why bother? Go somewhere else!

New players be careful. If you have a promotional offer from them, take screen shots and be prepared to have to argue your case to receive them. Just registered, and when asked them to honor their promotions, I was told that they dont offer them to players in country which is a LIE! After contacting support, with screen shots, and saying that no where in the promotions does it have any restrictions on country etc. Only after saying that they can keep their promotions, and that they would receive a negative rating, did they miraculously say ok.
