Refund delayed for more than 5 weeks
After making my first deposit, I decided I don't want to play after all (haven't played a single round). I asked the finance department to remove the first deposit bonus and refund my deposit. They answered shortly that the bonus has been removed, my account has been closed and they would refund the deposit that same day. About 10 days passed and I sent an email asking them to confirm the refund as I haven't got my money back yet. No answer in a week. Sent another email and got an answer that they have already confirmed my refund and that refunds take more time than usual. This was 3 weeks ago and the whole process has taken more than 5 weeks, so I'm quite sure I'm not getting my money back.
I'd like to point out that the casino didn't ask for verification or inform me about any problems regarding their terms & conditions. They closed my account immediately so I can't really do anything more than send emails. I'm not 100% sure about the account name used at the casino, as I've only logged in once...
