I like the legitimacy. Right of the bat upon registration you’re required to verify yourself so you immediately know this is indeed a KYC platform. I also like the daily mystery boxes that are awarded to your account. Good variety selection of games. I’d say the RTP percentage of games is pretty good compared to other platforms.

I dislike the fact that with the mystery boxes specifically you have the ability to be awarded multiple of the same letters for their weekly “JACKPOT” bonus - which is a prize pool money bonus distributed to players across the platform. I feel like they should remove the letter already awarded to a player entirely so that the chances of getting another of their offered bonuses such as “free spins”, house money, or XP points then seems like a reasonable odds.

The leveling aspect of players feels alienating. For instance, having missions be available to play only to find out that you can redeem the rewards after reaching a certain level.
