Deposit not credited to account

On june 30th I made a deposit of 95euro witch cost 152.55 cad the amount was charged to my bank but was never credited. I've asked jackpotter daily for help and have given them all information they have asked for, emailed them almost daily. But they just tell me its under investigation. I dont see how when there is a transaction number and a merchant number provided for them.
