Withdrawal from 7 days ago still pending after few cancelations

Trying to withdraw my funds, not much, only 38 USDT,

I've been trying for 7 days, try cancel and re submit, still not works.

For the last 3 days, I haven't canceled my withdrawal request ( support asked this), and it's still pending.

Every day I ask support; basically, they tell me under review and ask me to wait... I mean 3 days?

This is not my first time I withdraw; usually they paid within 24h
