Super bad service. A lot of money deposited nothing won and if you then ask for a bonus in compensation you will receive an answer, we give nothing. They then give a bonus to deposit even more money. I have been through a lot but how these guys deal with new players is really super bad

I’m suspect of McFlyings negative review of this casino, this being a White Hat casino and the author having just a single review. Whilst I never managed a withdrawal from Jackpot Village (despite playing every one of their welcome bonuses, no less) I do have one or two friends who have reported no issues playing here and I have lots of positive previous experience playing at other White Hat properties.

So, with that out the way, lets talk about some of the huge advantages this casino has to offer – AskGamblers mention over 70 gaming providers are available here, but honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if there were even more. Live chat is available around the clock, and there are only three listed complaints here at AskGamblers all of which have been resolved.

I suppose I could complain about the lack of luck I have had whilst playing here, but I’m a firm believer in the fact that the casino sites have no discretion over how the slots play out, so my awful run of bad luck was nothing but just that … until somebody can prove otherwise, and I’ve been doing this for long enough to know that day is never coming! Not to mention the fact this site has certification from a wide number of the most reputable gaming authorities on the planet, and if you can’t trust a site with MGA/UKGC credentials then who can you trust?

Despite the proclamation that this site is designed to be particularly mobile friendly, this is one area that I didn't experience more than a few problems. On desktop the site works beautifully, but the design and navigation seems a little broken, at least on my own Android device. Perhaps they did much of their testing on the iPhone platform, its hard to say, but it is certainly one area I would like to see improved in the future.

Overall though, I think this site definitely deserves a boost to their rating here at AG.

Stay away from this site, they won't pay out what you win. I won 800 on a bonus they gave, and they tried to tell me I broke the rules of the bonus and bet more then I should. But the thing is I don't bet over a certain amount anytime. So they refused to pay me the money, till I threatened to call BBB and they came back to me with an offer of 275 dollars that I could cash out. Even tho it wasn't the 800 at this point I didn't have much choice or lose it all. So I agreed to the agreement. Only to have them not honour that agreement either, so stay away they will rip they're customers off. Very Dishonest place.

Without asking anything, on January 10, they offered me $ 500.00 that I could cash in or play. I gave them my agreement and since that time, nothing, they do not even respond to my emails.
