Hi there, I won $2000 and tried to withdrawal on March 31st from Jackpot Village. My withdrawal was accepted April 6, i has messaged with chat as my withdrawal was accepted but no money in my account. They assured me they sent it out on the 13. I waited and waited and it did not come. I have been in touch with this casino multiple times through chat and email, lastly speaking with a gentleman named Chris. He assured my that he checked with payments and the withdrawal was sent out again on April 29 and to wait 10 business days, which would have made the withdrawal get to my account no later than May 13. I still have not received payment. Hoping we can resolve this here and see what might be taking so long. It’s been over a month now. I will attach (some of the) chats and emails. Please let me know if you need anything else! I can upload my bank statement showing they have not deposited if need be Thank you
