IVI Casino - Delayed payment from February 4th
On February 4, I issued 3 applications for payments. For 25000 rubles to the debit card.

IVI Casino Managers have informed that this is a temporary problem and I need to wait a bit. The problem will be resolved soon. And so every day.

On February 9, I wrote a letter to the finance department in the post office that I was expecting payment. I got paid 25,000 rubles on the same day. But two applications remained.

Then I emailed several times. To which I received the following stereotyped and vague answers:

A casino representative answered me and even made 2 more withdrawals.

I am writing here because the IVI Casino `s Finance Department does not contact me either.

I contacted support many times and they are quick to respond initially but when looking into your query they take a bit of time to come back with an answer, but eventually get it right the first time.


Withdrawals take 24 hours and verification took less than 12 hours for me. If you have problems you can contact them via live chat or email, but I am do not think live chat is 24 hours either.


The offer 100% with a wager of x20 on the bonus amount only which is extremely low these days for a minimum deposit of 10 euros. When I deposited the bonus did not add automatically and I could not get hold of support. I eventually just played with my straight cash which was the 10 euro I deposited and won up to 40 euro and decided to make a withdrawal.


I got verified and paid into my e-wallet the next day. They did request I sent them an ID with Selfie though, which I was not keen on but wanted my money as well, so I did do so. I like this casino and have made a couple of deposits here and will keep doing so.

Unfortunately the promoted deposit methods are not available after registering. Sofort and Trustly are not available (These are the only methods I use). So no deposit possible, registered for nothing...

I have really enjoyed playing at this casino and I have been lucky enough to make a few withdrawals since signing up. Joined and playing here for last month. On signup I got 2 euro bonus however did not win anything. Made 10 euro deposit and contacted live chat o claim my first dep bonus but there was no need to contact them because it was automatically credited but i did not pay attention. The live support was very friendly and attended to me very quickly when I contacted them!

They dont have netent games. Contacted their support, they told me that will add netent soon.
Tried to make deposit and noticied that in the pop-up box it was indicated euro and UAH below. Contacted them again in order to make sure that my deposit is in euro. They confirmed that in euro and that the one that process credit card transactions process them on their side in UAH and that there is no currency conversion fee.
Started to play, doubled my money. Did not noticied any technical issues, the site is working fast, even via smartphone.
My first impression of this casino is positive, however cannot range it more than 8 because of the issues mentioned above.

I didn'get the chance to play here simply because everything is way too shady.

Have my account on Euros and when i wanted to deposit it said it charges me in UAH, some kind of currency and I canceled it
+ you have to input your telephone number when you deposit ( way to shady since they already have your number)
