iNetBet Casino - My payment was declined
I have been playing at inetbet casino for a few months now. I submitted my verification info using another players email. This player is the person who told me about inetbet. My internet was down and had been down for a few days so I was at another players house and used his email to send in my documents. The next day he received an email asking why I was using his email. He told me about it and I had hom explain what had happened and why it happened that way. I then sent my documents from my email from my phone and everything was approved and I began playing. I had won many times with no issue of payments with the most recent one being less than a week before the one they refuse to pay me due to me using another players email to correspond with them. Other than the verification documents being sent in there was no other correspondence from another player's email. It was explained and I was approved and made numerous withdrawals with no issue until I tried to withdraw $1200 and some change. I have asked for this evidence of me using another email other than mine with no such luck. I have my playing history for the last month plus emails showing withdraws made with no issue until my biggest win. Kind of convenient don't you think I do. If this win was not valid then none of them should have been valid. Then after non payment of my winnings they then gave me my deposit back which I tried to withdraw which was declined. Why if I can't collect a win why deny my withdraw of my deposit? Then I was able to apply a coupon on top of my deposit and play it. Why if I can't win? My argument is this how a week before do I collect $200+ if I was in violation along with numerous of other wins and collections and if I was in violation then give me my deposit back!! No they wanted me to play it and lose it so they can keep everything from this transaction. You can't be in violation for a $2000+ win and not for wins of a smaller amount. In my submitted documents my month of transactions shows where I tried to withdraw and I removed the bonus plus fees for processing and after 4 almost 5 days with no payment i then cancelled my withdraw and changed it to show only my fee for processing taken out not my bonus because they always do that for you when they pay and I have been told to do it that way by customer support chat. My account is still active with available bonuses and everything which I don't get. It is plain as day that they just are cherry picking what they will and won't pay obviously. If I'm violated then how could I collect less than a week before that and again a week before that? Better yet how was I approved to begin with? Right is right and based on how this issue was handled I should be paid my winnings this time or I should have never been paid for any of them nor been approved based on they're reasoning for denying this last win. Should have been allowed to get my deposit and move on. None of this makes sense it's one contradiction after another.

I registered at Inetbet October 1st 2022 and made couple of deposits. During that time my account was verified there - A fax back form was filled plus they asked for a photo of myself holding it together with my ID and utility bill.

Everything went ok until I won $14320 then they came with a ridiculous reason:

Hi Aharon,

Upon review of your account it has come to our attention that you are residing in a country where it is not permitted by law for us to accept your wagers.

While we make every effort to comply with regulations, it is ultimately your responsibility to determine the legality of any activity prior to participating.

As such we have refunded your full deposit amount via the method you used to make your purchases and have permanently closed your account.

I told them they accept players from many countries including the USA that it is not allowed by federal laws to accept players but all of a sudden with me they are the police and the judge but they insisted not to pay.

Not only that, if you go now to the terms and condition of Inetbet it refers you to the FAQ which state clearly that my country Switzerland is not allowed to register at their casino - the only problem is that they added it only now, if you google cache the Inetbet terms and faq you get a screenshot of the URL from the 13 of October showing Switzerland is an ok country and not in the list of the banned countries (screenshot attached)

So they added a fraud on top of their fraud by adding the term after.

I just ask to be paid my winnings although their actions show a baltant fraudulent behavior.

I am contacting you because I have a different understanding of a few specific policies within Inetbet's web-site. The following is taken directly from their web-site which is a different address than the casino and more detailed and specific. It states:

"All bonus chips at iNetBet.eu are unredeemable and so cannot be cashed out from your account. Players may withdraw any profit made by wagering the bonus chips, but the bonus chips themselves will be removed when any subsequent withdrawal is processed."

Unless otherwise stated, all non deposit bonuses have a maximum withdrawal of 10x the bonus amount

Free Monies: Any free money given, that does not require a deposit, e.g. a Non-Deposit Coupon, loyalty bonus, comps, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash out of 10x the bonus given

I have deposited thousands of dollars to this casino. There is no way that my cash deposits and the 10% cash-back bonuses associated with them can be considered "free monies". My account history can vouch for that fact. The Live Chat rep is saying that out of my intended $1200.00 withdrawal, I am only eligible to cash out $110.00!
15X playthrough which on $105.00 worth of deposits, plus the 10% cash back bonus of $11.00 totals $1740.00 of playthrough which she said I met. But all of this which is REAL deposited monies plus the cash-back to only be able to cash out $50.00? ($110.00 minus the casino's bank wire fee of $60.00). After my bank receives the incoming wire they charge me $15.00 which I have no problem with on my intended withdrawal of $1200.00. But with $110.00 down to $50.00 after the casino's bank wire fee, 50 bucks down to $35.00 with my bank's fee. Let's be serious...Even the cheapest most rogue establishment that has ever existed wouldn't dream of offering such a ridiculous bonus like this in order to attract potential players. It's absurd! And to try and convince me that cash-back bonuses are "free monies" when a deposit is necessary to claim them is so fraudulent and deceptive, it defies explanation. Nowhere in the rules and regulations does it state that real money deposits and their subsequent 10% cash-back are considered "free monies". Once again, they AREN'T free monies because deposits are required in order to claim them! To add insult to injury, when I went back to Live Chat to cut & paste the web-site's rules regarding free monies vs. non-free monies, so she could see that it upheld my claim, she rudely said nothing and disconnected me. I have played at inetbet.com for quite some time now. I live in the U.S.A.
I wanted to write a fair and honest review for those that are trying to find a reliable place to play.
I
have always been paid any of my winnings I have requested.
I hit a straight flush jackpot on let em ride-$23,000.00 as my highest payout-summer 2015, but have won and lost many other games.
I was called by the CDS (Central Dispute System) when I won my straight flush to verify my info and to do an audit of the game to make sure it hadn't malfunctioned, which is standard practice according to them. I have read in discussion boards that they aren't real. Well, they called me and emailed me to submit my identity documents to verify and acknowledge my jackpot win immediately after I hit it, so on my end they are very real.
At one point, I had $44000.00 in my account from winnings playing multi-hand video poker. How much I actually cashed out isn't that amount, but, you get the idea.

I have played everywhere online, and this place usually pays like clockwork. The only complaints I have with payouts, is the fact that you are limited to $2500.00 per week, and sometimes they take a little longer between each payment than a week. Sometimes holidays play a factor, other times it's just a matter of me having to email them to ask what's up, and they get it processed. They have always responded, and I understand though due to it being a bank wire transfer, you have to be careful due to the fact that banks can get weird about international wire transfers. I personally haven't had any problems.

That being said, overall my experience compared to any other casino I've played at is hands down the best.
They don't have a phone contact, but email has always been reliable for any questions I have had.
I play mostly video poker, and I have never felt like there was any kind of pattern or system they might have in place to win or loose on any of their games. Sometimes I will wager up to $1000.00 and win nothing, and other times, I'll wager $25 and start hitting 4 of a kinds. Usually I play $1.00 denomination ($5.00 a game) and occasionally I'll up it to $5.00($25.00 a game) if I'm doing good. This happened a few nights ago, and I hit a royal flush and won $20000.00. I have hit at least a dozen royal flushes in the past year. I'm sharing all of this because I know how frustrating it can be trying to find a reputable place to gamble that you have a fair chance at winning.

My #1 piece of advice gambling here or wherever you choose online, is never use any bonus money. Buy-in using only your money. When you use only your money, you don't have to ever worry about cashing out when you win. With bonus money, you set yourself up for loosing because you have to wager an enormous amount just to fulfill the play-through wager requirements, which seems to be a lot of the problems with payout complaints. I have learned all this the hard way.: (
It's nothing dishonest or wrong with the casino, just a way for them to have more of an edge. It's your job to read about policies with bonus money. It's not hard to find, nor unfair. It's just like anything in this world, you have to pay attention to what you're buying like stuff you see on T.V. How many times have you heard that someone is being billed monthly for something they didn't authorize? Well duh, you didn't pay attention to what you were buying and ask about what you would be charged. You just gave the operator you credit card number and said thanks! Companies are creative to make money off of people who don't think about what they're actually buying.

Pay attention, read, review policies on any online casino so you know ahead of time what you can expect. They spell it out somewhere, take time to read it.
Also with bonus money, you are only allowed to win 10x the amount of bonus money you are given, and if you were to hit a jackpot, sorry, that will probably exceed your payout limit.
I hope I have helped paint a picture of how this casino runs, and how things will go.

Payout limits $2500 per/week but I understand the reasoning due to banks and international wire transfer flags, however once you've been receiving regular wire transfers, you should be able to up the limit.
Either way it's just worth noting, not the end of the world,just annoying when you've won a nice chunk of change and you don't want the temptation of giving it back while you're waiting for you winnings.

Just to be clear, I didn't spoke to you on live chat because you avoid that (maybe I didn't know well to write and I apologize for that, English is not my first language) I can't find that option and that is another lack of you customer support, I resolved all issues but it takes a long time, I was speaking that in general you casino is good but we all must admit that you customer support is not so good. If you don't want to admit I understand but let us to give our opinion.

When I searching for a new casino to play for me is important how look their site, if I see that site is not serious and if it have amateur look and design I skip that site and that casino. Inetbet is one interesting casino. Real time gaming is less interesting game provider for me but from their big selection of mostly boring game I can chose few interesting games and if casino give no deposit bonus why not to take advantage of that.

Site is quite simple, their software too, without a lot of nice details or fancy stuff… they have only what they need but that is not problem for me because I can find a lot of no deposit codes for this casino (special when you are a depositor). They also send a lot of emails to me and that is sometimes annoying but sometimes I find some no deposit code or nice deposit bonus code so I keep this casino on my safe senders list in my mail account.

This casino can become boring very very quickly so I don’t play here often. From time to time I make minimum deposit or take some no deposit code and try my luck. My favorite games here are Coyote cash, Pay dirt, Mister Money and of course Aztec’s treasure. I had few big wins in this casino on Aztec’s treasure (never jackpot) thanks to free spins round and that “little stone guy” how I call him. Table games here are very boring but for me they are boring on every casino so that doesn’t count : ).

Their customer support is available 24 hours per day via live chat but that is one of the worst customer support ever. They are not helpful at all and if you try to avoid live chat and send email there is a big chance that you won’t receive respond on that mail. For me that is only lack of this casino. I had few problems here and they didn’t know anything except sending me same sentences which that have already and on that way they only piss me of. I think that they need to work on that part of site and they could be very serious casino.

I took a bonus from this casino and played true wagering requirements, my winnings were low like 6-7 $. When I wanted to make the withdrawal I was asked for bunch of my documents including credit card details, and the moment I sent them in few minutes my balance was gone.

In support they said that they did that cos I was not eligible for the bonus cos it was for players who deposited in the last 2 months. So that is after I was allowed to register (and I`m a new player) I received the bonus, made the wagering, sent them my credit card and other details. And also other bonuses that I was not eligible to use was not accepted an the cashier. I just want to say too that on the bonus on the site that I found was said that it is for new players.

I am sorry you felt the need to post and give us a bad review - however the rules for our coupons are very clear. If you choose not to read these or adhere to them then there isn't much we can do. All of our free chip offers have terms that apply - the coupons you claimed were for depositing players only. You had never deposited so were not eligible.

I found this casino while I was looking for a good no deposit bonus. There was an offer on some affiliate site for a bonus of 30 $ no deposit with a 60 x bonus wager and a maximum cash out of 150 $. Not bad and not too good. Still a 1800$ wager is pretty big. For some reason, probably the name, I thought this was a Net Entertainment casino and was very surprised to see that it was run by Real Time Gaming.

Their website looks very good. Good quality animations, clear bonus promotions and a short resume of the casino history and offers. Established in 1999, 200% sign up bonus ( tempting ), available in download, instant play and mobile version. Pretty much everything a good casino should have.

Anyway I made an account, downloaded their software and started playing. I had some pretty big wins on Aladdin's Wishesand Count spectacular on a 1 $ bet but lost all of the money eventually trying different slots.I can't say why but I had a good feeling about this casino and wanted to make a deposit. I wanted to contact live chat support about the minimum deposit but couldn’t find the live chat icon anywhere. Another ghost casino like Winner Club I thought. I found it on AskGamblers and read the reviews and decided to make a deposit because it seems like a safe casino like some members said in their reviews. I decided to give iNetBet a try, based sollely on the reviews and experiences of other players.
I have to say I had fun playing around and toddling, enjoying their free bonuses and what not.
Registration process was simple as 1,2,3 but I have to say I'm not the biggest fan of Real Time Gaming so I had a few eye-rolls before finally deciding to go for a deposit.

As per say, because the site was rated only a 5/10, I was surprised I didn't encounter any major issues aside from the following :

1. I was not pleased to know that their support is based on e-mails only. Phone or live chat wasn't supported.

(Nobody likes e-mails, because you are not replied to instantly, and you usually have to wait a bit for your response )

2.I believe a limit should be set for the amount of money you can withdraw at any given time to stop possible account theft, fraud and issues regarding legal practice.

3. Live chat is not supported, so any legal issues you have are postponed for an indefinite amount of time.

Bearing in mind that theese are the only two problems I had while testing the site out, I think the rating 5/10 is right where it should be.

The reason why I wouldn't rate this site more than 5, is because I don't feel the site is deserving.

Did I play? Yes. Was it fun? Of course. Did I win? Hah, sadly, not much.

But the main mechanics of a casino should be tested in detail, and since I did not have an opportunity to try their legal system, I cannot rate the site higher than 5.

First I would like to bring to your attention that I noticed here at AskGamblers ' some ' incorrect information's related to iNet Bet Casino. So let's start .

1- Players from Bosnia & Herzegowina are not accepted. This information is not correct because I am from Bosnia & Herzegowina and I have an account at this casino for the past two or three months .

2- Currency : only U.S. dollars accepted. This would make a second incorrect info according to the fact that there is an inet bet EU casino where you can play for euros .

3- Licence : Costa Rica
There is a sign at their official website saying : "We are incorporated under the laws of Curacao and are fully licensed and regulated by the laws of that country for the purpose of operating online casino gambling."

I signed up with iNetBet casino per friend recommendation who had really good cashout at this casino. Few days later I received an e-mail from them with special bonus offer 200 % allowed games / Slots, Video Slots, Scratch Cards and Keno Games. Besides this offer there was 100 % for table games. As a big fan of slot , I decided to take advance in their first bonus offer. After I made 20 euros deposit they added additional 40 euros which is 60 euros altogether.

My very first game was Cleopatras gold, great game, but I had no luck.
