Been trying to get my money for like nearly 2 weeks now and keep getting told it’s all good etc, but still nothing happening.
Firstly I was told verification takes 2 days it took 3. After being verified they said they wanted more proof after I started my withdrawal process.
Then the system cancelled my withdrawal by mistake apparently after 3 working days and they asked me to re withdraw the money due to there system error. I have now been waiting for 3 working days again and still no sign of the money go on live chat they say can take upto 5 working day and for unverified customers it’s 5 working days. So what’s the point in verification for the customer if it doesn’t benefit you ?
