Hello everyone, I would like to share my bad experience with Ice Casino so players are aware.
My KYC was only partially approved and they kept requesting more documents. At the beginning of my profile creation, they were very quick to push me into their promotions and bonuses. I was nice to them, even tipped their support, but once I had winnings things changed completely.
I deposited €35, played roulette, and was lucky to win €2,000. When I tried to withdraw, they told me it would take up to 5 days for €900 to be transferred to my Skrill account. Skrill is an e-wallet – transfers usually take 1–2 hours maximum – so this excuse made no sense. Instead of paying me, they kept asking for additional personal documents and left me waiting.
In the meantime, after this long and frustrating process, I continued to play and lost everything. All I wanted was my cashout. Compared to other casinos where withdrawals with Skrill are processed in minutes, this was unacceptable.
On top of that, their call center phoned me trying to push a €15 deposit for 100 free spins at Billie Wild. I told them if they are calling me, they should offer me something, not the other way around. Still, I ended up depositing again, but the whole experience was only worse.
After this treatment, I finally requested the deletion of my account. They canceled my withdrawal requests without explanation, made me wait endlessly in chat, and ignored the fact that I even tipped support to show my goodwill.
