Sent in all of my documents with the card used to make the deposit that I got my winnings with. First the casino requested the documents Three times then they are now saying that they can't verify my account because the card I used three months ago (which was lost and then tracked for fraud) they are staying they need copies of recipes showing I used this card and that it is mine. I explained it is a debit card so there were no statements with the card number on it but I had the bank send over a screen shot of what they list the cards current status as and the name of the bank. They are still saying they cannot send my funds or verify my account because they need more proof and my bank statements for a card I no longer have. I don't understand why they need a stolen credit cards statements from more than three months ago to verify an account when I have sent 1. Deposit slips using this card from 3 months ago- 2. Bills in my name 3. A copy of the credit card I currently used to deposit to the account. 4. Photo ID in color 5. A verification form 6. A screen shot directly from the bank showing the card that was canceled in my name and the status of the card. I applied for a deposit to credit card of my winnings and these delays have been over a week now and no one is respond to my emails and withdrawals will only deal with customers via chat! I am. I tried Highnoon Casino with a $100 no deposit bonus. I quickly had the balance up to $700 so went on chat to find out the max cash out and details of the bonus. I was told there was a max cash out of $300 and of course huge wagering requirements. Over the course of a few days it must have taken around 30 hours or more playing to meet the wagering requirements and I was left with a total balance of $309.58. This december i registered to High Noon Casino! When i registered i checked, that im not in prohibited country, i was not. I read in rules, that i need to provide full information about myself and I did-Name, Address, Email Address, Telephone Number !. They had full and correct info about myself. Then i redeemed bonus code SIXSHOOTER, I wagered all the money they needed and i won 300$. I asked to live chat, what i need to do to withdraw, they said i need to verificate myself,account!! Send in documents - some kind of bill not more than 3 month old, driving licence and to complete registraion form i printed out from High Noon Casino website! Then i asked - if cashier/management will write to my email, if everything is ok ? Live chat said - Yes they will! Here is the first point, what High Noon Casino violated and what will be used against them in future ! "They didnt contact with me anytime further,didnt wrote anything,if there IS or NOT something wrong". I asked Live chat later - They should be contacted with me? Why they didnt ? Live chat - I dont know. (i checked all mail,because its new,spam and so on-no letters. This is the part where High Noon Casino support agrees, that the management should contacted...And support dont know why they didnt. This approves, that they violated my rights to know, whats goin on! Further on i contacted to live chat only. I sent in my driving licence and bill (attachement added). Bill stated address - Liepajas iela 60-5, LV-3301, but when i registered i used address "Liepajas iela 60-4 LV-3300" Thats because i have two apartaments in one..i own both, bought them so i have bigger place, some bills state 60-5 LV-3301, some 60-4 LV-3300 because they are the same, for 1 people, for me. They could close ACC at this point, but they didnt, in fact live chat said - management says You need to send in the bill with the right address..same as You registered and driving licence without flashlight. everything else was ok. I sent in driving licence WITHOUT flashlight, i contacted my Phone Operator Tele2 to change my billing address to the correct one and send me a bill, they DID. And i sent it in ! After few days... (no emails yet) i ask again to Live chat, whats goin on! Live chat says - Management says You have sent in the same document. But it WAS NOT the same, did you look at the address ? This is the point where you had right document, but somebody looked at it and was mistaken thinking it is the same. Live chat said - I will send email to management to double check! And this is where magic happens...They closed my Account, why ? Because they realised it was the right document, everything was ok... And still no E-mails from management about closure. From my point of view they violated my rights to know whats happening and did not approved correct document, which they asked! The other point is that - Management DID NOT asked to me nothing... LIVE chat DID ! So its possible they mare mistaken.. I needed to receive, what management needs...not what support can see and tell me..in matter of fact they could tell me something else in chat...its not approven letter. I have read other complaints and i see where this is going..but this is NOT the same case! I had everything correct on registering and CORRECT documents, nbo frauds. And if this will not be taken serious, my account reastablished and my winings given back. I have time and I have money, now its a principle question. Because i know my rights and i read rules and i know everything is/was correct. If nothing will happen i will turn to - Constitutional Court of the Republic of Latvia and you WILL need to drove here, in same time im gonna turn to - Court of England and Wales and i wILL drive there and also in - Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba,because High Noon Casino operates through the gaming License holder World Online Software N.V. incorporated under the laws of Curacao and is fully licensed and regulated by the laws of that country, and we BOTH will drive there! Support is very rude and a hoax for every honest customer! I am sure they never intended to pay out the Non Deposit money, after i had that talk in chat and the phone call by them, as well as manager emails.

They closed my account before i had a chance to send any documents and after veryfying me as the real person using this account by phone.

This is totally unacceptable behaviour!

Manager approved withdraw never received

I have sent all required proof of id and debit card info to High Noon Casino. They "Manager Approved!" $203.00 in winnings on 4/8/2014 have never received and phoned and was given the "runaround" never a clear reason why I didn't receive, I had $40.00 on my account for almost 2 years and decided to see if it was still there and played it and won $203.00 would love to see my winnings they were approved.

Be very careful playing this casino and any other Club World Casinos they use. They use an excuse that they can't identify you as the photo you send is unreadable and they need to see a better photo before they can process payment. I sent the exact same photo I sent other casinos without issue. But I did as they ask and resent it to them with 300 resolution and sent in a jpeg file as they requested. Still same response, cant see it. I know I will be afraid to put another dime in this casino or Club World, Manhattan Slots, Club SA, Aladdins Gold, All Star Slots, Buzzluck, or Lucky Red as Club World processes all payments for all of these. I really wish I had reviewed these casinos on this site prior to playing. I see that others get the run around about them paying off too late to help me but hope this helps others prevent wasting their money and playing for fun with real money. My photo does have a spot on it but the state highway department where I live puts that there on purpose. But with 300 resolution they could almost see every freckle I had and to me a very ridiculous request and just an excuse not to provide payment. I will bump this every week to be sure others see how hard or impossible it is to receive payment

I opened an account with HighNoon Casino and first took advantage of the $60.00 free chips they offer with their "SIXSHOOTER" bonus code. I rarely ever take up casinos on any bonus offer, being I spend a good amount of money in the casinos and don't like the play-through, max cash out, ect.. Being this was the first time I played in this casino I choose to take them up on the bonus to get familiar with there games. It had a $3000.00 play through which I actually got through and was up about $600.00 when out of no where it disappeared. When I asked customer service what had happened they told me it had been removed due to someone else that was using my communities WIFI had already claimed that bonus on a different screen name about 6 months before I moved in to the complex. UNBELIVEABLE!! Joke is on them, 99% positive not only would have i played that money away and never cashed it out, but they would have probably made $500.00-$1000.00 more off me in a weeks time. What happened.

I'm a newbie and I started with a $60 non deposit bonus to play at High Noon casino.

Unbelievable I was a lucky person.

I played until $1830 on different games.

So I put in a withdrawal and I choose a bank wire transfer.

Support told me on the chat that everything was fine.

Then my home telephone ringed,a lady of the casino told me that it was impossible to pay out the winnings by bank transfer.

I asked her why.

She told me the amount off $300 was too low.

I have won $1830 !

But she explain me the rules

I didn't find them before

The withdrawal should be by skrill.

So that's fine by me

Also I made a first deposit by skrill.

I have provided support and the cashier the following documents :

1- Scan of my drivers license

2- Scan off my passport I know its double

3- Front and back off my bank pas

4- A recent bill of a order I have placed.

I got a answer after the weekend that my scans where not good enough

Pardon me I have a excellent scanner.

So I did

Then I got a e-mail withdrawal has been declined by missing documents.

So I talked again with a support member

He could not see anything in his inbox

He keep asking about the documents that I have to sent them.

I sent them 4 times !!!!

Within that chat I received a e-mail off a different support member

She told me the documents were received

The other member said I see nothing.

In my opinion High Noon is not willing to pay.

So please help me out , hopefully also Laura will support me as promised.

High Noon Casino is a part of Club World Casinos group of casinos. This casino uses RTG software.

When it comes to casinos that use RTG software I had some unpleasant experiences with them. It seems to me that RTG gives licences too easy and I am very careful with these casinos. Still Club World Casinos has a certain reputation and these casinos are in the group of safer RTG casinos.

I joined this casino a few years ago. Off course the reason for that was the 61 dollar no deposit bonus which this casino has in its offer even today. I can't remember which games I played here or how long but I didn't manage to meet the WR and make a withdrawal when I took this bonus. After that I made a deposit here and unfortunately again I failed to meet the WR and ask for a withdrawal.

Their web page looks nice and you can play in instant play or download the software and install it. RTG software is reliable and it works good if you install it on your computer. Before you take any bonus you have to enter the code in the appropriate place. What I like about RTG casinos is that at any time you can see how much more you have left to wager. I contacted live chat supporta few times when it comes to casinos from this group. Their live chat support is good. But only good not fantastic.

About the things I don't like I will only say a few sentences. First of all you can't pick your currency here. In other words you can only make deposits here in US dollars. But that's the case with almost all RTG casinos. There are a few games that I like but I think that when it comes to the graphic they are behind the competition compared to Playtech or Microgaming.

I have to say their live support is a hoax! I made a mistake by signing up (wrong phone number and door number was missing rest was accurate) and wanted to correct it to secure any future winnings. They said they helped me on the first call, but nothing actually happened.

Unlucky me I continued to play and won, and when I called the live support a second time to ask them if my account details are updated they were very rude. Seemingly everyone is a criminal who wins and made some mistake by sign up. Good for them that they do everything in their power to not pay out innocent players that asked for help after signing up.

Not recommend due to greedy managment and most horrible live support ever. I was treated better by even rogue casinos and some even paid out. Ridiculous and disgusting at the same time.
Stay far away. Many unresolved complains about their "Free" chip, that is not so free when the payday comes. There is also a veryl long ( 30 pages ) thread of high noon over at Casinomeister.

After my success at All star slots casino, I saw that a few of their affiliates from Club World casinos group were giving free chips, and that's the reason I joined High noon casino earlier this month. What caught my attention immediately, was the look of the casino- the country look. So the design fits the name of casino.

I signed up there the next day after my luck wagering a ND bonus in one of their sister casinos, playing Warlocks Spell, and a part of me hoped this could happen again. I claimed their 60$ free chip with 60 wagering. At first, I wanted to use their instant play, but unfortunately it didn't have the game I was looking for, and honestly, I would suggest downloading their software, because then the selection of games is quite bigger.

I played Warlocks Spell with 0.20-0.40$ bets per spin, but somehow, within 200 spins I couldn't get free spins or bigger winnings than 2$, so after playing this bonus for more than an hour, my balance went down to 7$ and I just simply got bored. Besides at that point I was sure I wouldn't manage to wager this bonus, because with the balance I had, I still had to wager more than 3000$!

With the few dollars I had left, I decided to switch to Goldbeard slot. It has 20 paylines and I placed minimum bets of 0.20$ per spin. I liked the look of this slot, but it wasn't very exciting, so at some point I raised my bet to 0.40$ per spin and lost it all.

Overall, I had a nice time at High Noon casino, but I'm sure I won't be making a deposit there. And the look of this casino wasn't for my taste at all, old-school country design more annoyed me than amazed me. I give them 7/10.

High Noon casino is a part of the Real Time Gaming software and I saw their email on my mail ID and saw that they have a no deposit bonus of 60$ for the first time users and I was glad that they had a big one that I could make the most of it.

After registering here I opened the casino logged in and then went to cashier and wrote SIXSHOOTER in the redeem coupon. And go the 60$. I was disappointed when I saw that live casino hold em was excluded from the terms and conditions and Bj and all were blocked. But the bonus was big so I think that there are chances of making good money from real series slots.

The first game I opened was the Crystal waters. And since it was the first time in the casino the updating games and loading took a lot of time. Then a message popped up which said that your account is already logged in and please wait for 10 minutes to reconnect or call the customer service. But the game opened soon thankfully. I was on 1$ per spin and got the blue fish with j and 9 which paid me 1.30$. Then I hit k with 2 blue fishes and his time I won 3.20$. Then hit the three k with j and 9 which paid me 0.50$ and this is how I kept playing and left this game with a profit of 9$.

Then I opened Triple twister which is also a real series slot. The only wrong thing with Real Time Gaming is that their instant play is not as fast as their download software. Here I hit the cyclone thing with a blue truck which paid me 8.60$ and I could not believe this because it was my first spin. Then got a scatter win of 2$ of two

Highnoon casino was opened on August 2010 and from then it has established itself as a brand. I joined this casino few weeks before and reason for my joining were free chips given by the casino of worth $61, well that was an offer which no player can refuse.

So having free chips I thought lets give it a shot as there won’t be any money spent from my pocket. But my experience in playing in highnoon casino was great and I found really safe to play. I really can’t trust any casino which does not has good support system. But High Noon Casino has a good backhand staff and I was assisted well by there live chat facility. I was impressed by there Real Time Games and slot games. I tried around 10 slot games for an hour and had few great wins.

High Noon Casino is brand which owned by Club World Casinos, and this means that it is reputable and decent casino. I joined this casino long time ago, when they had 60$ no deposit bonus, that was highest no deposit bonus across all their group. I won only from one such no deposit bonus, but such bonus give a chance to try casino and games for free.

I registered and enter coupon code sixshooter in the coupon field, and get no deposit bonus with 3000 wagering requirements, and 300$ max withdrawal.I start from T-rex game, and there was'nt very lucky, and left to play paydirt. After big hit at Paydirt I had 200$, and i really tried to do my best to clear bonus, but luck was bad, and i lost this no deposit bonus wagered half of it.

Of course I made couple more deposits in this casino, and few of them was lucky and I get withdrawals. High Noon Casino runs a RTG platform, which before were 1 of my favorites, but discovering Netent I totally stopped being depositor of those RTG casinos.
I did registered at High Noon Casino few weeks ago and the only reason was because of the free chip of 61$, well that's an offer I guess no player can refuse. When I took a look about this casino I was disappointed because of the all complaints they have here.

Having few complaints, maybe its not big deal but having up to 20 and something complaints, well that made me think twice, well I am talking about depositing money there. As the free chip why not give it a shot, well its free anyway, even if they don't get paid, there wont be any money from your pocket.
So I start playing Count Spectacular, but you know when you playing with free chip and seeing so many complaints, I was playing but not with that enthusiasm and not so carrying will I do something or not with that free chip.

I was playing with 1$ per bet so may balance went down for an half an hour, then I played Achillies slot for a while but didn't have luck neither on that slot so I ended with few $ on my account and then I played bingo for a while till the end till I reached zero on my account.

So that was from my gambling in this casino, with no interest at all. Don't know, some of the players have positive feedback but some of them don't. Today I decided to sign up with High Noon Casino for a few reasons.

The first thing that caught my eye was the no deposit bonus. High noon casino offers a generous ' no deposit bonus ' for new players which is 61 dollars. Also, I noticed that High Noon belongs to a huge group of casinos and besides High Noon there are 7 or 8 more casinos. After reading some of the reviews here at AskGamblers I found this casino is safe to play.

What happened? I had a few questions about their live chat so I went to the live chat tab typed in all the required data along with my questions and nothing. I really hope and guess they had technical difficulties today because I waited over an hour for a response. I really can't trust any casino that doesn’t offer a good support, especially if it’s a RTG casino. I love Real Time Game software and their slot games but I also know that a lot of RTG casinos really suck. But I took their no deposit bonus anyway.

I really enjoyed playing my favorite RTG slot games. The game I liked the most was LOch Nees Loot. It's a nice 25 line slot with free spin feature and wilds. I tried 10-15 of their slot games for over an hour had a few great wins but not enough for cash out.

To sum up for the end. High noon Casino uses RTG software and even though it's one of the most popular casino providers I started playing in these casinos just a few months ago.
