When i was playing i found the site to be a little on the winless side. I contacted support and in the topic i wrote Close Account. After waiting for an agent i received a generic message in the chat to authenticate myself. Date of birth, email and address etc. I did not authenticate. I closed the chat and decided to try it one more time. I dpeosited and started playing. All of a sudden my account was closed based of my general question about closing the account. With a balance still remaining in my account. Having my account closed i can not longer contact live chat. Multiple emails to their support email explaining that i never confirmed closing the account or vaildated my security credentials, the account should not be closed and to reopen it. All i get are response emails telling me to contact live chat to resolve the issue. I reply that i cannot and they still just respond to contact live support. I even created a second account to talk to live chat and exolain the situation. The deleted my second account without acknowlegins why i contacted them. 7 emails unanswered. And they basically stole my deposit. Horrible customer service. Terrible casino. Stay away
