My personal opinion for four months of playing: very nice company. Trustworthy, the casino is MGA & UK licensed. They have live casinos from such providers as Microgaming, Netent and Amaya. Everything is well done, no lags, admins work honestly.

The withdrawal is not immediate but it’s okay..
In my opinion, they can add more providers and everything will be really well. I can't say that this is a big minus, but still.

1. Deposited cash they charged my bank £1 each time I deposited from my bank card.

Cud you believe such a thing?!"! I contacted them immediately they say well we can not see any details on your gaming history so possibly your bets rejected!!! I said ok only after 5min I played a few hands losing all ok no problem again as soon I hit lightening 300x exactly same thing happened they just refund you the amount of bet, not winnings. Guess what I contacted them immediately and this time there was bet on my game history showing I played lightning roulette but exactly the hand I won that bet has no details no bet id nothing. I asked them now what ?? they shut up after 5 min they said well possibly its because you don't have to play roulette because we can see you have £6 wagering left this is whilst I played cash and they do not have any bonus at all on 2nd 3rd deposit. I asked them what bonus show me this is just random numbers you add to people account so in case they win you have excuses to... Ok I have wagering left then show me what bonus you gave me? As you might guess they didn't answer and closed the chat.

After a few minutes I received message from them to not play any roulette until we see the issue .... just play slots. I played different slots after an hour playing 40p -50-60-70p all low amounts I played about couple of hundreds pounds but after an hour still on my account showing I have £6.25 pence wagering left!!!!!! I contacted same person from their scam team I said now what? I played slots as u said for an hour I never had any bonus and still showing £6 wagering left what is your excuses now? As you might guess she was silent for few minutes and just replied I removed that wagering figure manually!!!! I played one more hour slots and I was lucky and won so I decided to withdraw my money and close this nasty rip off account. Its 48 hours now my withdrawal is PENDING. This is whilst on first day I sent them all documents they needed and I FULLY VERIFIED my account. And as extra caution, I recorded all their confirmations that's my account fully verified and now you can deposit win withdraw... Lets see when they gonna pay my own cash money.

Plz people stay million miles from these scammers there are dozen of decent casinos out there. I signed up in another new casino last week I swear deposited played won and withdraw on SUNDAY 11 morning, 4 pm money was in my bank.
