Delay in payment
On Wednesday 2 April 2024, I withdrew £1,399 from Heyspin, I immediately received a response saying this would be processed in 2 days. When the funds were not received, I chased via the online chat and was told there was a technical issue and I would be contacted via email. I didn't hear anything and over the last few days have chased every few hours. Each time I have been made to feel like an inconvenience by the customer support team who have still not been able to give me any explanation for the delay. When I have asked if I can change the withdrawal method I have just been told no. Reading other complaints I am now extremely worried my funds are not being transferred. Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.
