Guts Casino is a Brilliant.
It has an awesome layout for mobile and 100s of good slots to play. Plenty of live dealing and table games. Love the live Dream Catcher aswell and it has it. My first casino I started playing and is mainly the only one I use. Customer support is top notch and always helpful. We win some and lose some but all and all it’s awesome fun with plenty of jackpots. Payout is quick usually within 2 days in your Bank Account here in NZ which is amazing. 9/10
Only dislike is the deposit/withdrawl fees. It’s not a major but effects the rating overall otherwise a easy 10/10

I dislike the fact that they use stalling tactics. Using long time to verify account. Customer service told me not to upload documents until beeing told to do so and that my withdrawal request should be processed regardless of documents. The withdrawal times stated here on askgamblers.com should be altered as they are not correct.

Fees are charged for deposit and withdrawal. So, £1000 deposit and any amount withdrawn will cost you fees of £27.50. That's a lot. The bonus extras do not make up for this. So, guys, use casinos which don't charge fees. There are plenty out there.

Guts was the very first Casino I had ever tried online! It was AMAZING and I fell in love with all the staff and the netent games and I won great bonuses, prizes and money... however, as time passed and the monies I won grew higher..... Guts pulled the red card. See.... I use ecopayz and at the time I was still fresh so I did not qualify for a actual ecocard as of yet, and I would pay ecopayz to produce a "virtual Mastercard" so I could apply my funds from that account into Guts. (I believe Rizk is some how ran or produced by same company ..... as this has happened to me at Rizk as well.) anyhow they wanted me to fully verify every payment and when I couldn't produce actual pics of credit cards (as they are virtual) they continued to keep me blocked me for good (guts casino to be clear.)
Despite my explanations and despite my then loyalty to them both, Guts banned me. I did give them printouts or documents of my statement obviously showing that I was owner of the account yet unfortunately that didn't seem to be satisfactory enough. I miss Guts.

This casino is so bad. Seriously I play slots quickspin on their website, it keeps crashing, after the crash I reopen the same game it won't allow me to play, and also the quickspin slots on their webpage will only crash after I get a big win.
Their live casino if played on mobile, there no button for live lobby. It makes it very hard for players that plays on mobile because their website crash's so many times it's hard to play one game for as long as I want. Very mad with this casino.

- I wanted to play at Rizk but after reading negative reviews and someone mentioning that Guts is good, I decided to go for Guts. Creating the account was simple except I could not enter my phone number as the registration form is not coded well but that is okay because they don't require number to register. After I confirmed account I got a personalized e-mail with 1st deposit bonus code (100% match). So I go to their website to deposit. They charge a deposit fee which I find weird but never mind because they go out of their way to inform me about the 1.5€ fee for the transaction. I put in the deposit code from the e-mail they sent and make a deposit 100€. BUT they put only 100€ in my account, not 200€ including the bonus. So I contact the support before playing in case I could void my bonus and after a while they said I am from a country where no one can use the bonus code and they also sent a list of several countries that have no deposit bonus whatsoever. The fact that just minutes before that they sent me an e-mail in which they called me my name so they knew I am from the country that is not eligible did not bother them. I did read the whole e-mail including the fine print and there is nothing about people from some countries not being eligible, only in the terms on their website that you yourself have to manually find and open to read (if anyone ever did that). So basically, the moment you visit the website they will brag about "300€ FOR FREE" in first 4 deposits, after you register they will lure you in with sweet talk including using your name in their e-mails, they will almost warn you about 1.5€ fee they charge but they won't tell you that you get nothing as a bonus even though that's the reason you registered. And it is not one country that is not eligible, it is several countries so that makes dozens of millions of people not eligible and the casino telling them they can have 300€ in first 4 deposits for free (of course with wagering requirements) but they get NOTHING after they really make a deposit. Even no warning message that the bonus code entered is not valid for this account or something, only really important message about a 1.5€ transaction fee. Very saddened with this casino and cannot recommend as I believe this is not a good approach to any customer no matter which country they are from.
Gameplay description: with those 100€ I deposited I played the Immortal Romance and had no luck, had two "big" wins (14€ and 10€). Played it through on 0.6€ bets as I discovered I don't have 200€ to play with so I made the bet low to last a bit longer. Not one time did I get above those 100€.

Actually the one thing I really disliked is that when I asked for a permanent closure of my account, my accounts on Rizk and Casumo were also closed. So I can never play at those sites as well. I did not know that this would happen so watch out, many casino's have the same licence number.
