Well first thing I do is verifying my identity, that went fast and than I won a small amount. It wasnt a bonus or anything just a win with my own money, but it kept saying that they couldn't transfer it. Customer service didnt understand either and told me to cancel and try again. So I did, and still nothing. So I just played with my wins until gone and never returned.

Dislikes are they like taking your money, but when I won money and tried to "authenticate" my account. With exactly the same documents as I used on other websites like: Virgin, Sun bingo, Jackpot joy ,Gala bingo, etc.... Apparently they Weren't "Proof enough" for Guts. And subsequently Neither Were the other documents I sent, ex: Bank statement, Screenshot of PayPal account used for deposit. "as requested by them in email". And that was after I finally got a response, 2 weeks later, Which said: quote: We've chosen which documents we need and sent them to our accounts department for final verification. Not much. They do offer a wide range of events to wager on, but that is about it.
If you deposit $100 and take the$100 bonus you can't wager anymore than $100 on any game until you've wagered a minimum of $1200. What a joke! It's common to have to wager 5X or more of your bonus amount but I've never heard of restricting the max wager you can make to $100. Even if you deposited other funds you are still restricted to $100/wager.

Nothing at all. This casino is not honest. Offer looked good. The games looked good.
I was never able to download any of the games. So requested a withdrawal. It took me an hour at the least to withdraw part of the amount I deposited. The withdrawal box initially offered did not allow the filling in of the details.

I decided to try one more time and got a decent withdrawal box. Meanwhile the took of 5 Euros of the 30 I deposited. Note: I was not able to play at all because I was not able to access their games!

Customer service is awful. Seem to go out of their way to prevent account being verified!!! There is no telephone support only chat and every time you go on that you have to explain all over again what you want each time... I gave up trying to verify my account .. documents get rejected all the time for trivial reasons. I even sent a screen shot showing deposits and withdrawals to the company and was told they could not see them as I did not highlight them....really!!!!

Emails totally contradict live help agents and both tell you to contact the other. KYC process took over a month and numerous emails. Maybe 10. Firstly they didn't tell me why my documents were rejected when I contacted live help they said they were not a member of that team so couldn't find out.
Once I finally found out they images were too blurry (after about 5 of complaining) I was told that my images would be process within 24 hours. In total 7 days later I received an email saying it had been completed. I emailed in to advise that a month of messing around is too much. I was then insulted and offered 5 euros to go away. I wouldn't recommended if you prefer a casino who strive for customer service.

Well I really liked this casino when iIsigned up but then at their sister casino iIhad issues with trying to access their document page to verify my account.
After several chats to try and verify my account at a sister site, I was then blocked from their chat for 1 week. I have now been expelled from their chat and they no longer respond to emails from me either.Although i am not a huge spender, I think it is rude to expel a customer from chat for not being tech savvy and asking questions about verification. Because they amounted to 16 chats, they decided to expel me from chat permanently.
