Well, in the beginning I was happy to put money into it, but in my opinion the casino has deteriorated so much, could be more interesting if they give more no deposit offers.
This was a while ago and I took their welcome offer and deposited via Skrill. Deposit went smoothly, and all the slot games loaded smoothly, with hundreds to choose from with many different providers such as NetEnt.
During the wagering I found a game called Jackpot 6000 by NetEnt (a 3 reel, 5 liner) and here is where I played and played eventually doing $1 spins until the 3 jokers lined up and paid 600x. This was beginners luck I tell you because I played this game at other times (both demo and real and was never able to get the 3 jokers again like that. This allowed me to complete the wagering on various games Dead or Alive but mostly it was done via good old Starburst. This game can be good when it wants to be for finishing bonus wagering.
Keeping track of how much was needed to complete the wagering was also easy to see and I regularly checked that throughout the session.

Guts mobile sports site has many many tech issues, which have not been fixed for several months and are still not fixed.

Not much good to say about this casino. Thats a shame.
Worst casino I've played on. They offer their customers promotions, and when it is time to pay up, they claim that one is ineligible for a promotion, even though customers received the promo and was told they were eligible for it. Guts does not pay up. The bizarre thing about it is that they don't deny that they fraud their customers. They just point to a general rule which say that they can end bonuses at any time without any explanation.

Well I really liked this casino when iIsigned up but then at their sister casino iIhad issues with trying to access their document page to verify my account.
After several chats to try and verify my account at a sister site, I was then blocked from their chat for 1 week. I have now been expelled from their chat and they no longer respond to emails from me either.Although i am not a huge spender, I think it is rude to expel a customer from chat for not being tech savvy and asking questions about verification. Because they amounted to 16 chats, they decided to expel me from chat permanently.
p.s. I contacted Guts casino by email after they responded on here to contact them through private message.

Well first thing I do is verifying my identity, that went fast and than I won a small amount. Dislikes are they like taking your money, but when I won money and tried to "authenticate" my account. With exactly the same documents as I used on other websites like: Virgin, Sun bingo, Jackpot joy ,Gala bingo, etc.... Apparently they Weren't "Proof enough" for Guts. And subsequently Neither Were the other documents I sent, ex: Bank statement, Screenshot of PayPal account used for deposit. "as requested by them in email". And that was after I finally got a response, 2 weeks later, Which said: quote: We've chosen which documents we need and sent them to our accounts department for final verification. Not much. They do offer a wide range of events to wager on, but that is about it.
If you deposit $100 and take the$100 bonus you can't wager anymore than $100 on any game until you've wagered a minimum of $1200. What a joke! It's common to have to wager 5X or more of your bonus amount but I've never heard of restricting the max wager you can make to $100. Even if you deposited other funds you are still restricted to $100/wager.
Site is slow to load and not easy to navigate at all. Hard to even find where you can view your open wagers and a lot of unnecessary clicks. Avoid guts and go to a real casino like pinnacle or bet365.

I was never able to download any of the games. So requested a withdrawal. It took me an hour at the least to withdraw part of the amount I deposited. The withdrawal box initially offered did not allow the filling in of the details.
Terrible!
I decided to try one more time and got a decent withdrawal box. Meanwhile the took of 5 Euros of the 30 I deposited. Note: I was not able to play at all because I was not able to access their games!

Slow site and the customer service are extremely slow to reply and when they do they're very rude, training is needed in this area 100%.
