Guts has great live chat most of the time. Used to be one of my favorite site up until now.
I call Guts Casino now Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde Casino.They are nice to you most of the time but when it comes to issues you're having that's when Mr.Hyde comes in. Even though it's on their end that caused the issues they will make you wait and suffer and make it seem like it's your fault.

I has a problem with a deposit. It debited my card but never showed in my Guts account. To make matters worse, could not do a screen shot as asked by their 'Live Help' as the transaction was 'pending' on my current account.
