Honestly.... I deposited 100 no bonus and won 1000....it took two days for them to process my withdrawal. They kept reversing asking the same question over and over again about my bank details. It was awful until I deposited 10 bucks VIA ECOPAYS and withdrew my 1010 back to Ecopays. They finally processed my withdrawal. Verification wasn’t too long.

I decided to add a currency to my profile which is the ZAR currency and made a deposit of 300ZAR using Neteller. The bonuses of 100% was added immediately and 20 free spins loaded. The remaining free spins is supposed to be added daily for the next 4 days.

I contacted support to enquire about the wagering requirements and they confirmed it was x40 the bonus amount and I took a step further and read about the wagering requirements in terms of max bet etc. I found they have a max bet limit of $1 or 15 ZAR. Luckily, I knew how to be careful now and do not break that rule.

I completed wagering almost and during the process uploaded my documents. After I was complete with wagering, I contacted support and asked why my documents was pending. They said they will start once I request a withdrawal. I fought with them eventually they verified me. I was happy with this casino.

Things took a change when I was about to make a withdrawal. When I click on cash out in ZAR currency, there are not a single withdrawal option available for me. As in nothing, normally if there are options it should be greyed out and becomes active once you make a deposit. Well there are not even greyed out options for withdrawal. I still do not understand why I made withdrawal with neteller or can only withdraw to VISA as per support. I think it should be standard for a Wire transfer as the last resort, but they do not offer bank transfer at all.

I been on the line with support explaining to them that I am unable to make deposit with my VISA card as it keeps on declining. I even send them proof of my bank explaining the reason they not honoring the transaction. I mean what should I do?
