I am filing a complaint against Grande Vegas Casino due to repeated and unjustified account verification (KYC) delays that have resulted in restricted access to my funds.
I submitted all required verification documents twice. On both occasions, the casino stated that verification would be completed within 3–5 business days. I waited the full timeframe each time.
After the first waiting period, the casino reset the verification process without explanation, forcing me to resubmit documents and wait again. After the second full waiting period, verification was still not completed.
When I contacted live support and requested escalation to compliance, the casino repeated generic timelines, refused to escalate the case, and ultimately terminated the live chat without resolving the issue.
As of now, my account remains unverified and I am unable to freely access my balance of USD 130.27, despite full compliance.
I believe this behavior constitutes:
• Abusive KYC delays
• Failure to honor stated verification timelines
• Unfair treatment of the player
• Wrongful restriction of access to funds
