I can only write here the same as on jackpot capital Casino, since i had the exactly same experience :-)
For me this is the best RTG Casino (group) ever, since i had the feeling, that the slots are very fair, in the opposite to very much another RTG Casinos.
Sure, i've lost there also very much, but i've got very often a chance to withdraw my money and i've did it sometimes.
The payment was alsways done within 3 working days and if you make a cashout about these $2,500, you get it in installements every 2nd day, so all is fine there :)
Only too bad, that i can't play there anymore, since i've closed my account two years ago, but that was my biggest mistake of my life :-(
But still love this casino group and they will be always in my heart ;-)

Well everything in this casino is slow, like I waited 2 weeks my account verification. Than 1 week for withdrawal almost 1 month for that operations when other casinos giving max 1 day verification and second or third day withdrawals...

Fast to start. A couple good slot games to choose from. Slots seem fair too.

Was not allowed access to tri card poker or roulette? Other sites have bigger slot selection... Withdraw fees are rediculous set limits. Make you jump through even more hoops to verify idenity again. In short... They will take your money as fast as they can and make it a real pain for you to withdraw.

I have my journey with this casino. And it was quite harsh all the way.
Seems like I was registered for many years at this casino.
But never was able to withdraw.
Now, with a no-deposit bonus I had a bit of luck. But the horror started right away.
The story is too long, believe me...
The withdraw of the winning took about 4 weeks and still hasn`t arrived yet.
It was cut down anyways because of the max cashout limit on this bonus.
They took out any "customer-friendly" withdraw option (just those where you never can transfer to your bankaccount).
The reason: It`s too expensive for the casino (like Neteller, but you can deposit with it, no joke!)
Ah by the way: quote "too expensive". They offer bank transfer for you to withdraw.
Just 60$ fee ! (also no joke)

They offer a free 25 each month if you deposit and most likely lose..I have won here a few times but have also lost or had withdrawals refused. The payouts are slow and you never know until the money is in your account if you are going to get it.!

If you can get through to chat..they can be rude though some are nice..slight issue with how long they take to reply because the casino times out and you get logged out when they take so long. They don't care about customers. I just closed my account as I learned they switched off access to tournaments because they said I got too lucky.. So basically if you lose they offer stuff but if you win they reduce all offers and stop tournament access...beware. Like I said to the last chat if you lose they like you if you win..forget it.

Well, I think this is the best casino for RTG slots. I deposited here many times but I was lost. But i also got many bonuses and freespins here, and this was really awesome.

Honest Casino, Great customer service and I trust them. Every time I have a chance to play, I play here - real money and tournaments.

About 9 months ago, I play with bonus money and I got lucky at first few hands. Well, since wagering 60x of the amount, the max WD amount is $250.00. At this point (trying to meet 60x wager), I didn't even watch the balance and just keep hitting the spin button(auto motion). One point, I realized the balance kept going up, far more than 60x wager... At the time, what I didn't see was, I already met my wager, and GrandeVegasCasino adjusts my balance to $250.00 already.So, the balance that I saw approx U$ 19,000.00 was the real money balance. I guess I was in luck. I play $50.00 - $250.00 (The max bet allow the amount for the game that I was playing) per hand to just meet the wager at this point, but as soon as I realized that this is the money that I can WD, I was playing smaller bet. I request WD by check and wire transfer (max 2000.00 + 3000.00) and leave the balance on account to WD after a week later ** There is limit to WD per weekly, so I couldn't request all amount at once.

After a few days, I got an email from GVC that under Terms & Conditions: #22. Max bet rule for all bonuses = $10.00. Any winnings plus bonus amounts derived from such bets will be voided. So all my winning should have been void since I bet was far more than max $10.00 under their rules. However, they've made an exception for me and allow me to keep the winning. I really didn't know this rule when I played, but this was really shocking GVC made an exception. I played GVC often, but I am not a high roller. Just a few bucks here and there. So, this exception that they made for me wasn't because I am considered VIP, just regular player killing time. Nonetheless, this is so wonderful how GVC made an exception. I realized they didn't have to and I am grateful. I was able to WD approx U$19K spread out over 4 weeks period.

Ppened an account here for the ndb... Managed to play through the wagering and win! Sent in the docs it was a little slow for the first withdrawal including a weekend which they don't process withdrawals, but I got it in the end plus the next withdrawals were quick enough..., 2 or 3 days max.

They have good support and offer a free 25 for recent depositors each month with wagering requirements of course, and I managed to win once or twice.

I consider them a good casino. Unlike several others which look the same but don't behave this way.

Watch out when taking no deposit bonuses and make sure you have deposited between them. It says so in the terms. I had a nice win but was refused as I hadn't deposited between! My own fault.
