Account verification taken 2 weeks and counting

I have been waiting 2 weeks now for my account verification to complete, something that normally take 48 hours is being delayed for so long, and no support is given whe I reach out to them, other than keep waiting with no answers as to why its taking so long. I personally know there are no issues with my documents or identity; possiblythey are trying to delay a withdrawal I'm currently holding or pressure me to keep playing and loose my money... Whatever the cause might be, 2 weeks is ridiculous!

Just want to give a final update, received email today that verification of my account has been completed. Thank you Brian for helping expedite quickly as suggested you would do, and thanks to asgamblers for assisting in getting us connected, and guiding us to a resolution.

Thank you Askgambkers for assisting; to this date, verification has not been completed; almost hitting 3 weeks, 18 days & 12 business days to be precise. The verification consist of the task of reviewing the front and back pic of a drivers license and a selfie pic of me holding the license. That's all. I received a request on July 17 (2 weeks after I provided my first verification submission ) to re-submit 2 of the pics because according them, one was cropped and other blurry. I replied within minutes,
but to this date have not heard back, and Its obvious its being dragged out again, 4 days and counting…. Possibly to take another 2 weeks to simply review 3 photos. I submitted all questions and documentation along with communication of me and casino; If there's anything else that I can do from my end to speed this up ill be more than happy to do it; please just advise: this goes to askgamblers and also grande Vegas casino. I just think the time taking is extremely long for simple task on hand, and even with askgamblers inteviening, you would think after I re-submited documents, they would allocate someone to take a few minutes and verify docs and complte or get in touch with me to assist in whatever is holding the verification back - to address and resolve complaint in a timely manner for the sake of the casinos reputation & credibility, but no real urgency taken… 4 days and counting… Anyways, hope you guys can help me get this resolved please and thank you.
