I contacted the support to ask, what's next. But the support told me that residents from my country are eligible for free bonuses only after 1 deposit was made. I was in a bit of shock. I asked, why the system let me get this bonus and showed the wagering and everything, but when it comes to paying they say I shouldn't have got it in the first place. I also asked, if I got rid of the bonus and the cashier showed that I can withdraw 25€, why wouldn't they let me. And the other condition- that some regions has to make 1 deposit before they can get free stuff. It seemed like- you have to lost something and only then you can get something.
