This is the worst casino I've ever played. IF you getting an answer it could take up to 3 days and the answer will be the same, like a robot. Try to verify your account if you have a lager amount of money... 1 month with 24 pictures of id card, passport, electric bill etc. and still they have not verified my account. I went from 120.000 SEK to 0 SEK of course. Stay away from this casino.

I do enjoy the wager-free spins mostly with a deposit. There is a decent selection of games and platforms and almost seamless gameplay and navigation.

Vague responses from support when you ask a direct question. They seem not not process the withdrawals as fast as stated on the terms posted. I've been told it could take 5 days to process and then I am assuming even more time to send funds my way. I use Interac and every other site I use is almost instant if not same day to recieve my withdrawal regardless of the amount. I have this feeling that after the maximum wait time to process, I will recieve a message saying something is up and I will have to wait even longer to recieve my winnings. Not a good feeling at all and if this is the case I will be taking my time and money elsewhere where I enjoy playing regardless of winning or losing. I just wish they would process things faster than a snail's pace.

Being from the UK I have to admit that I can't find anything that I like about this casino. If they were to obtain a license from the UK Gambling Commission then I would feel a lot safer depositing here.

Sent numerous emails detailing various seemingly generous 1st deposit bonuses. Enticed to make a deposit only to find that all slots with in their libary were unplayable apart for 10-12. They blamed this on geo location but even the providers with zero Australian restrictions that I'd played many times on different sites were included. Also Goldwin is geared towards encouraging Aussies to play ( accepts $AU, payment methods even debit/credit ucardbonus offers made out in $AU).
Also the 150 free spins bonus I received was completely unplayable. My attempt to find any compromise like switching the spins to a playable game were rebuffed.
