This is the worst casino I've ever played. IF you getting an answer it could take up to 3 days and the answer will be the same, like a robot. Try to verify your account if you have a lager amount of money... 1 month with 24 pictures of id card, passport, electric bill etc. and still they have not verified my account. I went from 120.000 SEK to 0 SEK of course. Stay away from this casino.

I do enjoy the wager-free spins mostly with a deposit. There is a decent selection of games and platforms and almost seamless gameplay and navigation.

Vague responses from support when you ask a direct question. They seem not not process the withdrawals as fast as stated on the terms posted. I've been told it could take 5 days to process and then I am assuming even more time to send funds my way. I use Interac and every other site I use is almost instant if not same day to recieve my withdrawal regardless of the amount. I have this feeling that after the maximum wait time to process, I will recieve a message saying something is up and I will have to wait even longer to recieve my winnings. Not a good feeling at all and if this is the case I will be taking my time and money elsewhere where I enjoy playing regardless of winning or losing. I just wish they would process things faster than a snail's pace.

Still has a lot of work needed with this casino even though it has some good takes, I think not all bonuses work for this casino due to it having a lot of restrictions on multiple countries. lacks some payment methods and slow withdrawals and unclear withdrawals processes and KYC, before playing here you have to read carefully the terms and conditions.

They withold your money and don't allow you to withdraw. None of the methods of withdrawal work and after days of speaking to them they keep fobbing me off and won't do it manually for me. STAY AWAY!

Being from the UK I have to admit that I can't find anything that I like about this casino. If they were to obtain a license from the UK Gambling Commission then I would feel a lot safer depositing here.

I dislike the fact that they are illegally accepting people from the UK when they have no license to do so. They have confirmed via live chat that they accept customers from the UK so clearly don't mind committing a criminal offence.
