Goldwin violates their own terms and conditions

Hello, a dear team of AskGamblers.

I need your help and want to update you on the new cheekiness on the part of Goldwin.com.

I won a CASH PRIZE of 3600 euros for 2nd place in the tournament (Wealth Masters). When I checked with my VIP manager, she informed me that the money from the tournament is treated as a NO DEPOSIT BONUS and has to be wagered 50X and the maximum withdrawal amount at NO_DEPOSIT_BONUS is €100. It does not say anywhere in the tournament T&Cs or regular T&Cs that these are bonus funds. So they wanted me to confirm in the chat that I was willing to accept the "MONEY" as a bonus before they credited me with my "WIN". With this confirmation, the “casino” wanted to bypass its own terms and conditions.

Of course, I didn't confirm that I was willing to accept my prize money from the tournament as a bonus with a maximum payout of 100 euros.

This is cheating at the highest level.

We regret to inform you that, despite all the AskGamblers Complaint Team requests, GoldWin Casino management failed to provide reasonable justification and/or solid proof which could explain their decision not to pay out the player.

Unfortunately, in this situation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other choice but to close the case as unresolved and advise the player to seek further assistance from the relevant regulatory body or appointed ADR entity. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

The player who filed this complaint was fully aware of the terms and conditions of the tournament prize, prior to wagering any amount towards this tournament.

These terms have been fully explained to him and presented correctly.

On February 1st, the player was informed of the prize he won and the steps required to claim the prize. He refused multiple times for the prize to be added to this account.

At this point the prize can no longer be claimed by the player.

Dear ASKGAMBLERS team,

I would like you to project your verdict to Westcasino.com as well, as Goldwin and Westcasino are identical casinos. They have the same people behind them, but simply act under 2 names. You can see the proof in the screenshot. As I said, both casinos are so identical that I even came second at the Westcasino in the same tournament with identical points, even though I didn't play there.
On the screenshot you can also see that if I open the websites of Goldwin and Westcasino at the same time, then it doesn't matter which live chat window I write in, both live chats show the same thing.
