I joined Goldenbet casino just a few days ago. I had found a no deposit bonus code that was available for new players. For signing up and using the code you would get 20 free spins on the Book of Dead slot. It's not really a big no deposit bonus, considering Book of Dead is a slot with 10 cent bets. But free is free, and from time to time I like to claim no deposit offers to try new casinos before making a deposit.
The registration process was very quick and smooth. Then I entered the bonus code and again no issues- the free spins were credited right away. But unfortunately it all started to go downhill from here. I went to play my free spins, but got an error message that said my account country isn't my IP country or something like that, but I wasn't using a VPN. I tried again, same thing again. Then out of curiosity I tried Starburst, but I got a black screen, the game didn't even load to give any errors. Then I tried to open the casino games on my mobile, but the same thing happened.
I reached out to the casino customer support and explained the issue. At first I was told that the bonus code was no longer available, but that wasn't the issue I was experiencing.
