Their response? “It’s general knowledge.” This is an outrageous excuse. If such critical rules are not clearly outlined in the terms, how is anyone supposed to know?
I explained to support that if these restrictions had been stated upfront, I would never have deposited money on their site. Like any responsible player, I read all the terms before depositing – but GoldenBet relies on this hidden information to trap unsuspecting customers.

The website layout and registration process were simple and straightforward, which initially gave a good impression. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.
My account on Goldenbet was blocked on 24 April 2025 without any warning or official notification. At the time of the block, I had a verified account and a real-money balance of 465.06 GBP.
I contacted support via live chat multiple times. I was told that my account is “under investigation” and that this process could take up to 6 months, but they refused to provide any reason or timeframe. No emails or requests for documents were sent to me. The KYC team also redirected me to live support, where I was told again to “just wait”.
As of today, 6 May 2025, my account is still inaccessible and my funds are completely frozen without justification. I submitted a formal complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, but I also expect Goldenbet to respond here directly.
I am attaching screenshots of the live chats and email exchange that confirm the issue. I request that my account be reactivated or that I receive a proper explanation with a clear deadline.
