There is nothing to like about this casino. I honestly can find nothing good to say about this place. The techs are terrible, rude and have no intention of paying a debt they owed for 7 months. I closed my account there. They knew they owed it.
They owed me 275.00 since March. They would answer the phone and pretend to have no one that could speak English, yet sent me emails telling me to be "nice" to their techs. Other than that they will not answer emails, chat or phone calls. Stay away from this casino at all costs. I finally decided to cut my losses and move on. They are a very bad group. They lie, steal and cheat. Do NOT deposit here.
This is a very Bad Casino I gave them two different chances to pay a small win they do not pay any win for along time. Now they have not paid a player. Please avoid this casino or you just throw your money to the trash; it would be better to give it to homeless, then have any hope this casino will ever pay you.
Support staff is bad and very rude they do not reply to emails, yet will call you asking you to deposit more, when they don't even pay what you win. Why AskGamblers has not black listed them yet is a puzzle because clearly this casino is a cheat.
There's nothing to like about this casino, their chat room is useless, their phone does not work and they don't pay the players when they won. I check my account today and two days ago my withdrawal status was in process, but today is empty. I tried the live chat and behold I was put on hold as soon as I guess they saw my name.

At this point I can't say that I like anything abut this casino.
Customer support systems do not work. Cannot get any help from chat if you are having a problem with a withdrawal. They will hang up on you if you call their toll free number or just not answer the call.
I play for some time on golden lady, I managed to make a withdrawal.
What I regret now is the new version of their downloadable software that brings me nothing but technical problems.
The games have a lot of difficulties using to download, it is impossible to play normally, buggs nuisance, rollers which lock etc.
I did not know what kind of problems with the old version, so I am forced to play flash.
The software should not be developed because it causes once it is installed, malfunction of my computer, even to uninstall it, I know difficulties.

Withdrawal limits, I deposited with visa, and was unable to withdraw to it, then they demand deposits with e-money valet again to get more money, very bad experience with support (they stop communicating when you need something from them), blocking deposit and withdraw limits and blaming it on technical issues for weeks.
It must run in the family, same bad experience with golden cherry casino.
