After months of playing and finally winning, I have yet to receive a payout. I have been pending just over $5K in winnings for 6 weeks. Their terms say 7-10 business days. I have been told by support that it is "in the works" and to "be patient and trust the process". Meanwhile they will not respond to emails, don't answer in chat half the time, and refuse to tell me why it is taking so long.

Casino still does problems with payouts... I think pay maximum 10% players...not recommended...

The support was very friendly when I asked about the No Deposit Bonus. After completing the wagering and requesting a withdrawal, they are not responding to me at all and are holding my withdraw for 2 weeks now.

Been waiting over a month on a payout of $401. I had won over $5,000, yet they said that per the requirements of the bonus I couldn't cash out more than $401. If you ever claim any deposit bonus from this casino, try asking them at some stage where you are up to with meeting your playthrough requirements and why players can't actually see some sort of % bar indicator or $ figure which tells then where they sit at any given time? The entire set up is a fraud. I had a 28,000 playthrough on a deposit bonus for a $50 cash deposit. I must have played through at least 40,000 and when I asked the status I was told I still had 22,000 left. When I challenged it the online chat person ended the chat and no one would speak after that. Also try calling their toll free numbers to speak to someone in the UK or USA, the numbers are fake.

I was told I will receive my money on skrill in 25days, and that is so long its too much.. I was told if I deposit with upay again I will receive the money in 4 to 5 days, but I never deposited with upay

So after 8 days I asked when will I receive my money on the live chat and they told me in 3 days.. So after 3 days I come back on the live chat and they tell me I will get my money in 3 days again. The live chat person told me 5 times I will get my money in 3 days on skrill. After 3days again I asked where is my money and they told me I will get my money in 12 to 15 days..

Having trouble to contact sometimes on call but live chat always works. I will give 8.9 out of 10.

There is nothing to like about this casino, they never paid my winnings and its been 6 months and all of a sudden they have glowing reviews. I don't believe these reviews, I think the casino is behind it to promote their casino, they are still the same casino /management, giving you very big bonuses but very high play through and the worst thing is they will not pay. For those who wants to try this casino either deposit very little or none at all to save you head aches when you try collecting.
