Hi, I have accumulated £50,000 in winnings from this casino. It took a number of weeks for the security documents to be verified, but I know this is standard procedure for casinos and we have now reached the stage where everything is complete and I have been verified for withdrawals. The issue sits with the amount of the withdrawal allowed. I have some £50,000 in the account, and I have been informed I can only withdraw £500 per week. The terms state up to £2,500 can be withdrawn, but the 'up to' term is the key here. I have been informed it is based on player class and deposits made etc, but having asked for further information have not received any further information as to what the parameters are, so cannot comment in relation to how much I deposited or how much I played in relation to the limit set. At the rate of £500 per week it is going to take 100 weeks to claim my winnings. I understand the need of cainso to restrict large payouts to safeguard their business, but the limit of £500 they have set is not in line with the balance on the account nor my level of playing etc. They should offer a lump sum payment and an increased withdrawal limit to allow a player to appreciate the winnings made in the casino, as at the moment I am very dissapointed with the whole situation. I have asked for further details of the withdrawal limits and what they are based on but have received no response as yet. I will be happy to post them once I have them I an effort to provide the casino a fair chance of repsonse. I know casinos can be restrictive, and we all know the risks involved, but surely this is a little out of kilter with what Other casinos do? I recently used Hippodrome casino and won £8,000 which was paid immediately? so I know it can be done by other casinos? Why not this one?

Hello. I got a no deposit bonus at Golden Cherry. I wagered the playthrough and support was told me that I can withdraw after account verification. I sent the required documents and requested withdrawal on 2nd of February 2015 for 150 pounds. Just to see that it was cancelled on 10th of February, then 16 minutes later there was another withdrawal of 100 pounds to Moneybookers - which I didn't requested, and it was cancelled too. Then I requested 150 pounds again on 15th of February, just to see it was cancelled on 23rd... Now they told me that I need to make a deposit, play a little bit and then withdraw???? Here is my ironical story: Golden Cherry offers me a free chip somewhere in the month of November 2014 and i meet my wagering requirments, request for the max cashout (as per the bonus terms) which in my case was $180. Now the catch here is, GoldenCherry Casino requires you to make a $20 deposit before a withdrawal could be processed. I agree and a deposit is made and withdrawal is requested for $200 (includes my $20 deposit) The trouble starts here, A week later i get a usual copy-paste message that my account is chosen for some random security and it could take upto 3 months. (here i really want to kill myself for trusting them). Anyways, i wait and its the month of Feb now. Though the 3 months are over there is no revert from their department. I have made several withdrawal requests after that and the requests are all declined with the same copy-paste message and ofcourse when you try to contact the Live Chat agents they are clueless (though trying to be helpful) as they have no information regarding it. I know i am supposed to give up on them as i am sure they do not intend to pay so i inform the Live chat that i shall report this at Askgamblers.com and they ask me to request for a withdrawal yet again and tell me that my request would be granted this time. Here is a twist now: This time the email that i get does not talk about the random security issue as i am hoping its over, it talks about me not being active on the casino and i should play more often to getting my withdrawal request approved. There is no clause as such in their terms and condition and moreover do you think i would ever have the confidence to make any deposits until i would get my withdrawal approved... ( like what were these guys thinking) Conclusion: Yet again they decline my payment. My request to this casino is that if you do not intend to pay my money, pay my deposit amount back as you have no right to keep my money that i deposited (totally illegal) I would just like to tell GoldenCherry Casino that you should stop this unethical practice of asking customers to deposit and all the excuses you guys make to not pay them. I have advised management when I was playing with over $30,000 that the computer kept on freezing and the bonus would change out after I saw it come down. They responded it was cookies or my machine and they I won and loss at random and not their software. All the funds were lost and the next day when I went on I couldn't log in. Sent them an email re problem. The next day I get try to start playing and the machine freezes again. I contact a c/s/r and she can't fix the problem and ask her to email management re what as happening. She finally contacts and IT person and I had to advise what game I was playing and it took him 15-20 minutes to fix whatever the problem was since I wasn't told. There was nothing wrong with my computer it was on their end. I feel some of the funds I lost were due to their computer glitch and I should be reimbursed. I have also sent an email to Hailey, a manager at the casino, regarding what happened and the name of the c/s/r who can verify what happened. It has been over a week without any response. After sending the emails now I am having a problem with a payout and can get no response other than we are looking into it. I have played at this casino for a long time but don't understand what is going on or why someone doesn't try to resolve issues immediately. They respond immediately when they want you to deposit funds but not on withdrawals or problems with their software. I am awaiting a timely response. In addition, Withdrew 2500 the first week of Dec. Processed by the casino on 12/15 and funds not in my acct. They advised on 12/23 they were sending an email to their provider and were looking into it. Today they still have no response.

Troubles of withdrawing my winnings

I´ve received a sign up bonus on 20.11 with a maximum cashout of €150. I have fulfilled all wagering requirements at the same day and already send all documents (passport, credit card, credit card authorization form, utility bill, credit card statemt etc) on 24.11 (two times). All documents were approved. After that, I made a deposit of the required 25 Euro, did phone verification and the bonus balance has been changed to a Real Money balance. This was one week ago and I contacted Live Support in order to check why I stll can not withdraw my winnings. The answer was, that I have to send copys of my credit card, so something I did twice more than two weeks ago. The support is always friendly but this is not reliable in my opinion. I played at golden cherry casino once, it is just another rival casino which have no deposit bonus for new players. But i just look at complaints, and oh god, there is 27 complaints and only 7 was resolved, and i think this casino is good example why people have some fear with rival software, because casinos like this do some bad things to players, and this is damage for all rival casinos, i find it is strange that rival like software operator does not do anything to help improve it is own reputation and get more player trust.

Like i said i played at golden cherry casino only once, and i am think i should be more than happy with this because if i win, probably we all can see my complaint here with others, so sometimes i think losing no deposit bonus can did good job to player, and he will not need to make deposit and try to withdraw no deposit winnings. With 30$ no deposit from golden cherry casino i tried my favorite rival slots, and even was have 150$ at my peak balance by good winning streak on scary rich slot, but after continue playing i come to dead streak of a lot dead spins and of course i was not able to win anything with this no deposit bonus, but like i said, it is not so bad, since this casino is most likely nothing than a scam. I glad that i did not made real money deposit in this casino, because at a time when i start playing i did not know about AskGamblers and about so many complaints, but now i know and of course will recommend any potential players to stay away from this casino.

Getting my winnings at Golden Cherry has been awful! There responses are programmed and since they don't have to speak directly to you they just drag it out. I've been waiting almost a month for my first 500.00. They stop responding to your emails and when they do its a canned response. I am beyond frustrated with them. I just want my money and no one on that site will respond to me.

Exactly they do not respond to any of their players when it comes to withdrawing your money, but they will sure help you out when you want to make deposits they are always there and willing to help even sending you chat messages. can't get that when you want your money.

Before writing this review I also read the other reviews about Golden Cherry Casino located on its page at AskGamblers and I can say that I completely disagree with them: my experience of playing in this casino was one particularly pleasant. I do not know how this casino is when it comes to withdrawals, but at the other chapters, it deserves only 10 marks.

Golden Cherry Casino offers a lot of bonuses for new players. Among them there is a 20 USD no deposit bonus offered through the special cupon from its AskGamblers site. I remember the day when I played for the first time in a casino RTG (Alladins Gold). Well, the day I stepped into this Rival casino I will remember as well. I am not saying that all Rival casinos are the same, but Golden Cherry is equal in quality to the best RTG casino. First, all games have excellent graphic quality. Second, as in an RTG casino, here from the multitude of slots games there are games having high volatility and very small volatility. Playing with only 20 USD from the start I lost four days playing this casino slots and I was very close to meet the wagering conditions.Slots are so appealing that first day I tried all of them playing for virtual money. And there are not few. In the end I chose the slot 'A day at the derby' in which I played all the bonus money.

Now regarding the online support, I used it twice, once to claim the bonus coupon and once to learn about the games that counts toward wagering. Each time, the online support answered me immediately, I was asked which language I want to speak (French or English) and it was very courteous. So a 10 also goes to support. About a half year ago I registered an account at the Golden Cherry Casino not knowing too much about the Rival powered casinos and used up their 250% deposit bonus when I cashed in just little as €43. The bonus money wasn’t withdrawable and I needed to wager x 25 the sum of the deposited and bonus amounts and all games was available to play. This latter criteria was important to me because I like playing Roulette some spins if I can do and it’s not always as an option (at least not on 1:3 wagering ratio) while claiming a bonus. These some spins was really just some spins because I didn’t like what I experienced at the Rival Roulette tables. A really ugly interface without the possibility to spin with no bet taken or fast spin.

I quickly left the table tried some i-slots games like Hole in Won and Sherwood Forest Fortunes and won some on Fantasy Fortune video slots but I had to realize that not much I like in this Rival casino (except their 3-reel slots, some of them are very good and enjoyable) so I wanted to cashout but recognized that this time I claimed a bonus.
