In late February, I attempted to withdraw 450 EUR twice (Visa/Bank), but after 3 weeks of no action, I was forced to cancel and try a smaller amount. March 3rd: After the initial 48-hour window, the status changed to "In Progress."

March 4th: Customer support informed me that the funds were sent to the payment provider. They stated a firm deadline of March 9th, 23:59 UTC for the funds to arrive.

March 10th (Present): The deadline has passed. Support now claims the delay is due to "technical reasons" and cannot provide any specific timeframe for resolution.

The Issue:
I have been a loyal and active user of GG.BET for three years. I have completed all necessary KYC procedures, and my account is in good standing. Both live chat and email support continue to provide scripted responses, blaming the "payment provider" while offering no proof of the transaction or a concrete solution.

As a veteran user, I find this "technical issue" excuse unacceptable. The lack of transparency and the failure to meet their own stated deadlines is deeply concerning.

My account is fully verified, but support continues to provide generic templates and refuses to escalate the matter to a supervisor or provide a specific timeframe. One agent (Henry) claimed the funds were 'prepared for transfer' via email, yet the 'Cancel Transaction' button remains active in my profile. This delay is unacceptable for a verified player.

The system automatically split the amount into 175,000 HUF transactions.

None of these withdrawals was paid.

The casino then requested income verification.

As I am unemployed and played with my own funds, I could not provide such document.

Support advised me to use another withdrawal method.

I continued playing ,and my balance increased to approximately 50 million HUF.

I later requested withdrawals to Skrill and crypto.

I received:

- 850,000 HUF

- 375,000 HUF

- 95,000 HUF (Skrill)

After this, the casino limited withdrawals to 375,000 HUF per transaction.

Currently, I have multiple withdrawals pending:

- 4 crypto withdrawals of 375,000 HUF each since February 17

- 4–5 Skrill withdrawals pending for over 24 hours

My account is fully verified.

Support only sends generic replies and provides no timeframes.

The issue has been ongoing since January 31st.
