My $800 withdrawal is still stuck in 'New' status. I contacted customer support a few days ago and was told to wait because it's currently in the queue. However, it has been several days without any progress or updates. Could you please provide me with a specific timeframe instead of a generic answer? Exactly how much longer do I need to wait for my funds to be fully processed?

Tried following up with customer support every day, but their answer has been the same: that it has been processed by the payment provider.

I have been a user of this site for years now, and I have only experienced this hell of a withdrawal now.

Their withdrawals usually take 30-60 minutes, but when I win big, they make it hard to withdraw my funds.

I do not recommend this site to new players because they make it very hard for you to get your withdrawal

My withdrawals are stuck in the "New" status, not even getting processes by GGBet. It has been over two weeks now, and im getting the same generic response from support "Every withdrawal is handled separately, which may require some time for confirmation.
However, please be assured that we are doing our best to process it as soon as possible." I have asked for on estimate for the arrival of my funds, but they refused to/ were unable to give me one. I am not getting any updates or anything. My account is fully KYC verified, and i am in the highest possible leauge on GGBet. Support even told me that my account status is normal, and good for withdrawals.

Complaint regarding second delayed payment

Hello AskGamblers Team,

This is my second time filing a formal complaint against GGBET due to their persistent and malicious withdrawal delays.

I submitted a withdrawal of 2,876 CNY on June 17 and another one of 2,500 CNY on June 18.

(Account ID and Transaction ID have been provided)

As of today, both of these transactions are still stuck in the "under review/verification" stage. Every single time I reach out to their customer support for an update, I am met with nothing but useless, robotic, and copy-pasted responses.

My account has been fully verified before, and I have successfully deposited and withdrawn funds multiple times without any issues.

I hope the AskGamblers team can intervene once again to investigate this unfair treatment

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am filing a complaint against GG.BET (Account ID: 77235563) regarding a systemic delay in withdrawals. My account is fully verified.

In late February, I attempted to withdraw 450 EUR twice (Visa/Bank), but after 3 weeks of no action, I was forced to cancel and try a smaller amount. On March 11th, I requested 50 EUR via Skrill (Transaction ID: 89e8795a-8ef1-4fcb-b2a5-33746811ec6d), which has been stuck on "New" status for 13 days.

Support confirmed on March 21st (Janice) that there are "NO issues" with my withdrawal, yet it remains unpaid. I have pro-actively provided proof of ownership for my ePay.bg and Skrill accounts. I believe the casino is intentionally stalling my 2700 EUR balance.
