Hello I need to file a complaint against ggbet for delayed withdrawal.
I placed my withdrawal on 14th may and withdrawal not received till now.
Their support is replying same thing everytime.
Withdrawal processed by them but I didn't received it till now.

Following a careful review and consideration of the case and based on the player's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other optyion but to reject the case, in line with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I already told you the same thing in recent messages and you guyzz are again saying the same thing.

It's yours duty to give me the alternative withdrawal method.
While clicking on withdrawal the page redirecting to imps withdrawal page.
I deposited using crypto and why you are not allowing me to withdraw through crypto.

Tried following up with customer support every day, but their answer has been the same: that it has been processed by the payment provider.

I have been a user of this site for years now, and I have only experienced this hell of a withdrawal now.

Their withdrawals usually take 30-60 minutes, but when I win big, they make it hard to withdraw my funds.

I do not recommend this site to new players because they make it very hard for you to get your withdrawal

Delayed payment

My withdrawals are stuck in the "New" status, not even getting processes by GGBet. It has been over two weeks now, and im getting the same generic response from support "Every withdrawal is handled separately, which may require some time for confirmation.
However, please be assured that we are doing our best to process it as soon as possible." I have asked for on estimate for the arrival of my funds, but they refused to/ were unable to give me one. I am not getting any updates or anything. My account is fully KYC verified, and i am in the highest possible leauge on GGBet. Support even told me that my account status is normal, and good for withdrawals.

Complaint regarding second delayed payment

Hello AskGamblers Team,

This is my second time filing a formal complaint against GGBET due to their persistent and malicious withdrawal delays.

I submitted a withdrawal of 2,876 CNY on June 17 and another one of 2,500 CNY on June 18.

(Account ID and Transaction ID have been provided)

As of today, both of these transactions are still stuck in the "under review/verification" stage. Every single time I reach out to their customer support for an update, I am met with nothing but useless, robotic, and copy-pasted responses.

My account has been fully verified before, and I have successfully deposited and withdrawn funds multiple times without any issues.

I hope the AskGamblers team can intervene once again to investigate this unfair treatment

My $800 withdrawal is still stuck in 'New' status. I contacted customer support a few days ago and was told to wait because it's currently in the queue. However, it has been several days without any progress or updates. Could you please provide me with a specific timeframe instead of a generic answer? GG.bet are trying to scam me off my hard earned money.

23/04/2026 I submitted a withdrawal of 65.7 USD, it is currently 4 days and still counting without it be paid. Whenever I chatted with their support their response are always the same excuses, I have waited enough now I am afraid that I might lose my money if care is not taken, I have tried all I could for them to pay me my money still they never.

When I go through their terms and conditions it was stated that withdraw only takes 24 hours, however my withdrawal has long exceeded.
