Complaint regarding second delayed payment


Hello AskGamblers Team,

This is my second time filing a formal complaint against GGBET due to their persistent and malicious withdrawal delays.

I submitted a withdrawal of 2,876 CNY on June 17 and another one of 2,500 CNY on June 18.

(Account ID and Transaction ID have been provided)

As of today, both of these transactions are still stuck in the "under review/verification" stage. Every single time I reach out to their customer support for an update, I am met with nothing but useless, robotic, and copy-pasted responses.

My account has been fully verified before, and I have successfully deposited and withdrawn funds multiple times without any issues.

I hope the AskGamblers team can intervene once again to investigate this unfair treatment

Thank you for the update. However, I completely REJECT the casino's explanation as it is a well-documented, systematic delaying tactic that they have used on my account before.

I would like to point out several critical facts and contradictions in GGBET's response to the AskGamblers team:

Proof of Channel Efficiency: The transaction they successfully paid out was submitted later than the delayed one. This proves that GGBET’s payment channels are fully functional, unrestricted, and perfectly capable of processing standard withdrawals instantly.

The "5-Day Technical" Playbook: The transaction currently stuck in "In Progress" (for 5 business days) is the exact same nightmare I went through three months ago. Last time, after forcing me to wait 5 business days under the exact same excuse, they cancelled the withdrawal entirely due to a fabricated "technical error." They are running the exact same script right now to hold my funds.

Account Profiling: Before these withdrawals, GGBET abruptly stripped my account of all VIP levels, bonuses, and shop access without any clear reason. This proves my account is being manually restricted and targeted by their risk department simply because I had a winning streak.

I will not allow GGBET to stall my hard-earned funds for weeks. I currently have a remaining balance of 15000 CNY in my account. I demand that GGBET stop hiding behind the "5 business days" excuse, manually escalate this with their financial department, and release my remaining funds immediately.

I will keep this complaint open until ALL my funds are successfully withdrawn.

I kindly request the AskGamblers team NOT to close this complaint until all my pending funds are fully processed and successfully received.

First, we would like to confirm that transaction 7b197c­ba-­ea3­7-4­db7­-90­cd-­21a­d39­4186c8 was successfully completed yesterday, and the funds have been processed accordingly.

As for transaction b9581f­64-­58a­7-4­029­-8f­35-­8b9­5c6­f7b46e, we can confirm that on 21.06 its status changed to "In Progress". This status indicates that the withdrawal request has moved to the next stage of processing and may take up to 5 business days to be completed. Please note that the processing period starts counting from the following business day.

At the moment, we do not see any issues affecting this withdrawal request. The transaction is being processed according to the standard financial procedures, and we kindly ask the user to allow the necessary time for completion.

We understand that waiting for withdrawals can be frustrating, especially after previous experiences. However, based on the information currently available, we expect transaction 7b197c­ba-­ea3­7-4­db7­-90­cd-­21a­d39­4186c8 to be completed successfully, just as transaction b9581f­64-­58a­7-4­029­-8f­35-­8b9­5c6­f7b46e was.

Withdrawal requests remain unprocessed despite 1000 USDT limit compliance and repeated technical reasons

I am filing this complaint against GGbet Casino regarding my account which has been placed under a betting limit, making me unable to open the live chat window and contact support.

• My account has fully completed KYC verification and all turnover/wagering requirements.

• On March 31, 2026, after winning several bets on the same day, my account was immediately placed under a betting limit.

• I am completely unable to open the live chat support window.

• I submitted a withdrawal request for 2000 USDT on March 31, 2026. However, on April 1, 2026, the withdrawal was rejected with the reason “technical reasons”.

• Since then, I have made multiple additional withdrawal attempts, all of which were also rejected. The withdrawal IDs are as follows:

I have already contacted [email protected] multiple times via email, requesting the immediate processing of my withdrawal, but have received no resolution or clear timeline to date.

My demand: I request that GGbet Casino immediately:

1. Process all withdrawal requests I have initiated and ensure the remaining funds are fully paid out.(7404USDT)

2. Provide a specific and concrete timeline for when the withdrawals will be received, rather than dismissing the issue with vague “technical reasons”.
