Gala Spins Casino - Missing withdrawal and getting no luck with support

My withdrawal was processed on the 12th. Support gave me a transaction Id buy didn't recieve it. They said it was down to the bank but it wasn't, so upon emailing I was fobbed off with am automated email stating they are having problems withdrawing to mastercard. I replied asking to maybe use a different way eh paypal but just get automated responses. Support can't tell me anything and I'v been given no explanation ot time frame for my money.

So I was lucky to win a daily jackpot of £30,000 then my trouble started.

Previous verified by ID this was fine and withdraw all other winnings within hours.

With this, withdrew Tuesday and was still waiting by the weekend. They told me it was approved and would be in my bank within 3 days.

Woke up today Monday to find it’s been cancelled, my account locked and they want to verify my ID and stuff again.

I don’t regularly play Gala Spins but I deposited £20 on Monday night and won £561.28 on ‘Book of the Irish’ game. I immediately proceeded with a withdrawal of this amount through my Paypal. Normally, I know it takes a couple of hours for your withdrawal to be processed and paid through Paypal. However, I checked Tuesday afternoon and my funds had still not cleared so I went to try and login to my Gala spins account to be told there was an issue with me logging in so I went onto the online chat, to be then told that my account had been closed due to a business decision?! I proceeded to ask them why and they said they could not give anymore information?! I then asked them about the withdrawal and they said that it was under review. They told me I would receive an email regarding both my withdrawal and feedback about my account closure within 24-72 hours well the time has elapsed and still nothing??? I have phoned them and they will not give me anymore information. I deposited that money and they were quick enough to take it. However, now when I try to login they say that I have self excluded which obviously isn’t true as I wouldn’t have been able to login to my account and play on Monday?!!! Gala Spins Casino - Unfair Bonus Wagering, Glitched/Stuck at 0%.

Hello, I really need some help here I'm not sure what else to do. Ill try to keep it short. So on the 07/08/18 I signed up Gala Spins Casino and took part in their welcome offer in which you wagered £100 and got a £100 bonus with 20x bonus wagering. First issue was the bonus didnt credit, so I contacted support and eventually (it was hard work) got the bonus added. Now on the 10/08/18 I got the bonus credited, I took it to a game which is on the eligible games list provided and wagered what their team have summed up as £282.75. I went to the bonus page expecting to see roughly 15% wagering complete but it showed 0%. I asked a live chat member and he said try a different game, so I tried another game also on the eligible list. Again it didnt go up. So, the next thing they did was escalated it to the Technical team and advised me this might take up to 28 days. I explained I have 11 days left on this bonus before it expires and I have £990 pending winnings + the £100 bonus so its not a small amount to let just expire because of a system glitch. I didnt hear from them again, I went onto live chat a few times during those 11 days and even tried to do a spin on a game to see if it would go up but it still stayed at 0%. I contacted them on the final day expressing my panic that all the money will just be gone tomorrow and that they might not fix it afterwards. I was told to wait patiently, the technical team will fix it for me. So here I am, I have waited much more than 28 days since that case was opened and still no contact via email other than an email I requested to show that they were aware I cannot wager and the bonus expires. So I do have some proof at least. Gala Spins Casino - Not happy with the way they are investigating a reported slot glitch

On 7th July I was Playing ballooonies slot. It seemed to hit the bonus the page refreshed said I have an unfinished game the free spins button was there but only 2bonus icons pressed it said error contact support refreshed the page same thing. Contacted support told it would sorted soon but can take 28 days. Contacted a couple of more times in following weeks then nearly a month and half later contacted them again quite annoyed now.supervisor called mark who just wanted me off chat Was told 28 days is a guideline not a policy it will be looked at by their technical team at some point or I can take a £20 good will gesture with a x2 wagering requirement. Gala Spins Casino - Followed email invite offer but never received bonus, no one replies to my emails

I was emailed an offer on May 2nd, deposit and spend £10 that day and receive an instant £5 bonus to be wagered 20 times. I have done this offer in the past (with issues of the bonus never turning to cash once wagered) and never had a problem with the bonus being credited. This time however nothing was credited, and I even did an extra spin to be sure then checked my account history. I emailed them and no one has bothered to get back to me. Tried other avenues and was ignored. The email was invite only, so I'm frustrated they've sent me this email and refuse to honour it. They've even sent me the same email again today!

I wish for the £5 bonus I am owed to be credited. If not then I want the £1 I lost wagering the £10 refunded as I never would have done the offer if they are happy to ignore and not resolve the issue.

Nothing for now, as they treat people like they are nothing. No respect at all. End the chat all the time before you finish.
So, yeah, that the good thing.

Worst costumer live chat ever. So, the gala spins went to maintenance, and when u try to logg in, it says: We are in maintenance, register your email, and as soon as we get back we will drop you some free spins, just register your email. So i did that of course. Now I went to live chat. and they want a screenshot of the maintenance message? Like I register my email. I will never play there again.
