Non-risk Freebet, that's all what I could say about this casino, because it only one good thing at this casino, certainly if they allow to withdraw your founds.

I've been playing on this site for about two weeks. I placed bets, but did not withdraw money. After I deposited money for withdrawal, my account was blocked without explanation. They didn’t ask me for verification, they simply stole $1066.

I think that FuturePlay deserves to be more known by people. The website is very nice, great color, good navigation. They have a complete collection of game. The customer service is perfect too, they send email to communicate with me. (you can use the chat also). Withdrawal are respected, which is the most important for me. App 10 min for a little amount, and 4 hours for the max amount weekly (7500Euro), which I consider very fast !

The only thing I can write here, is the limit of withdrawal (7500euro) by week, and 15000euro by months. I think you can contact customer service to ask a different arrangement. but like I said before, the important for me, they paid the amount.

Maybe just design I will add 1 star, other than this this casino is trash. I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had.

Firstly, they refused to pay out a welcome bonus, accusing me of having two accounts, which is categorically untrue. Despite my insistent clarifications, they offered no evidence, only stating it was a 'system determination'. Unfortunately, having already invested money, I was forced to continue playing. As expected, the games seemed rigged against any chance of winning.

The situation escalated the next day when I received an email congratulating me on winning first place in their website's tournament. For three days, I was strung along by customer service, who assured me with great conviction that my prize was legitimate. However, on the third day, they shockingly revealed it was all a 'test' and offered a mere $50 USD as compensation, which, unsurprisingly, I never received. This experience was outrageously deceptive, making it clear that this place is a massive scam. I strongly advise against any engagement with them.

Regrettably, the winner auto-mailer was not disabled, and this is why you received it, despite not taking part in an actual tournament. We agree that this must have been very infuriating for you and we humbly apologize for the frustration you experienced. Kindly send an email to [email protected] and we will look into the matter of the $50 again, but from what we can tell, it was reflected on your account as intended on 9th of January, 2024.
